Traded 2 pair of shoes in for store credit. Trade in value was fair. Would definitely do business again.

Blessed in Tyson’s Corner Mall, VA has a massive selection of Men’s, Women’s, and Kid’s athletic shoes. The store also features several athletic apparel items. The store itself is both spacious and modern with an upbeat vibe. The staff was friendly and offered their assistance. The athletic shoe selection is diverse and trendy. If you love sneakers, this store is a must visit!

This store is lame. I went in the other day trying to sell a pair of shoes. I was greeted by an unfriendly short hispanic dude who said “you have to dm us on instagram so we co can give you a quote” when on their Instagram it clearly doesn’t state that. What’s so hard about giving you a quote in person and buying the shoe right there? Most of the time employees aren’t even doing their jobs, they’re just talking or just standing around wandering looking clueless, sad store. Their prices are ridiculously expensive and wouldn’t buy there. Also, they claim to be “extremely busy” which is why they make people wait outside for a line but every time I’m at Tyson’s and walk past the store it’s completely empty, probably due to their ridiculous prices and unfriendly staff. I’m surprised they’re still open for business. Do better, “Blessed”.

Had an unpleasant experience consigning shoes here. Took months to get paid for some missing items and another few months to be paid in full. Ali and Emerson said I was being ignored because their lawyer told them not to give me anything I could use against them in court. If you check Fairfax County Public Court Records now, you can see the mall took them to court. I would caution anyone who is consigning items here.

Can’t even reach anyone by phone. The number on the website (and verified by Tyson’s mall operator) rings a million times before saying the wireless caller cannot be reached at this time. You all just lost a customer because of this. Ridiculous & unprofessional.

First, I like to say that on the weekends, they make you wait in a line until you can have an associate stay with you the entire time while shopping. This means that they only allow about 4 to 5 shoppers at a time. I get that they want to give you a one on one experience but they will lose major business making you wait. As I waited outside the store many people just walked right on by. I felt the same way but as a sneaker head I had to see what the store was all about. Once I made it inside the store, an associate gave me the run down of the store which is just like any other store that sells Jordan’s. Overpriced shoes, and how this store is so special from the rest. I wasn’t impressed, the shoes they had were triple the price, and priced well above even StockX which can be a bit overpriced at times. All in all, they have a wide variety but go during the week if you want to make it inside. Why would a store make it harder to get when it’s the most busiest? To make it look like something special is going on.

Great service from bothl who worked there when I was shopping for a new pair of Jordan's for my 9 year old nephew today (May 24). Both sales associates were amazing while helping my nephew pick out his shoes. Their store is comparable to some of the boutique shoe and accessory shops I'm used to in Los Angeles, except way less sales tax. Now I I don't have to lug expensive exclusive shoes for my niece and nephew from coast to coast jammed in my luggage anymore. I can just come here and the kids can burn through my bank account live and in real time. Clean shop. Great peeps. Good times.

Bought a pair of Lightning 4’s for my kid and it seems that they sold us a pair with 1 fake shoe and 1 real. My guess is they are splitting pairs to increase their profits. I asked them how they verify and questioned the 1 shoe but they said they have them verified . Don’t buy from them

Annie Customer Service was so Amazing and she so gave me a tour and explained the store. She deserves a raise and should teach a class on how to Treat Customers. One Great store ask for Annie. She will have you

Had Maybe 15 people in the store and they wanted you to wait behind a rope in the mall hallway until someone left the store. Over-priced but dun to look at the different shoes.

Same day review for this defective shirt. He’s currently stuck with this shirt since the store policy is as follows: All sales are final! No returns or exchanges! No exceptions! The shirt has a hole where a sensor use to be, but this store doesn’t place sensors on the clothes which caused him to overlook this defect. Also there’s a pen mark on the shirt and the store is not a well lit place, so inspect the shirt well when you’re there. At the end of the day, they were all attentive and did let him try the shirt, but over his current T-shirt which didn’t give him a well sense of fit.
