“Prompt, great service, fully recommend! My car started making braking sounds on a Friday and it got worse over the weekend. It was hard to find someone who would look at it. Monday morning, I called around and finally spoke to Bao who graciously told me to bring it in. Receptionist was prompt, took my information and Bao came over to ask about the car. He drove the car around and came inside to talk to me. Told me right away what he thought the problem is, but he needed to look under the car to make sure. Luckily they had the parts, I had my car back in under 2 hours, fixed. Thankful for the prompt service. I'll be coming here from now on.”

“Although online shopping has become even more convenient and you can probably get the same thing (if not more selection) faster online, my focus on this review is about the excellent and welcoming service I received at the Nordstrom at the Fashion Galleria. Ginger helped me pick out and try different skirts, walking around the floor. They also helped me with some last-minute tailoring as well. Be aware that parking can be tough- it can be a long walk as the lots are often full.”

“By far my favorite staff of ALL TIME, always been there for me. Helped me & welcomed me everytime I have entered the branch. (I visit for no reason at times just because they kickstart my day with a smile). Jamie, Elvis,Ana,Trang and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and respectful and very fast to help their customers with their accounts if locked or overcharged for any reason. “I would like to single out Dupinder Singh at this location for his outstanding customer service in helping my father and I. He has consistently shown a genuine interest in finding the simplest solutions for our potentially complicated and tedious banking requests. He does so with patience and ease, even being a 3rd party to call other institutions when a resolution with the other institution is necessary. Dupinder is very approachable, yet extremely knowledgeable about all the Wells Fargo processes and products. Granted, Wells Fargo has had its fair share of poor customer treatment in the recent past. But with Dupinder there at this branch, we feel very good with our relationship with the bank.”
