Do not Buy their Products.Very nice at the show room .It ends after that. Customer service is a circle of phone calls and promises that don't get meet. I am 5 weeks after delivery with a couch I can't use. Many hours on the phone never could get it to an elevated level. I made a deal for a discount and a new couch to be made and delivered. Waited another 4 weeks and never got a call or email about the couch. Called in again: They say one was never ordered. Now I get to wait another 4-12 weeks. They did not offer anything for this mistake again. It's such a run around it's scary. I also have called the sales lady at the store. Not a call back from her or the regional manager. So Awesome..........I Bought two couches from them. The delivery company damaged the couch beyond repair.

We have spent quite a bit on furniture with Arhaus since Sept/Oct. It is really a shame the terrible experience we have had. I did not bother shopping around much b/c in 2015 I had a fantastic experience with my King bedframe which I got from the FAIRFAX VA store. 7 of the 8 Dining Chairs arrived damaged and defective. I was constantly calling and following up with the Princeton store who then connected me with the Concierge, Sharon. That so far has been the worst service, ironically, given the name concierge. She basically told me that the defective chairs are all like that and probably the new ones will be too. Meanwhile the chairs had lumps, crooked stitching and I should have just bought them from Home Goods. After finally being told 7 new chairs would be ordered, they disappeared and I never heard back again. Then, I started following up on my own, AGAIN; and got some info from Sharon that some items were missing but Ryder delivery would contact me when it was fixed. Well Ryder contacted me via text, and they had incorrect information. Once again I reached out to Sharon and got zero response to this date (today was re-deliveryof the "7" chairs). Today's delivery was missing 2 Chairs, and 3 of the 5 chairs they did bring were stained and defective. It was a disaster and waste of both the delivery peoples' time and ours.In the midst ofall this, my area rug arrived in the wrong size, about a month ago. Then, when I reached out to the store I was eventually told (after having to once again on my own followup) that it was no longer available in that size. The concierge Sharon sent me a note saying the same thing but no one offered me any alternatives or solutions. I basically designed and purchased a room with that rug in mind. I asked repeatedly for them to price match me on the other color of the rug and asked to speak to the regional manager many times and if he could contact me directly. Never heard a word from the regional manager other than to say no they can't price match. Then, the refund process was an added nightmare thanks to this same regional manager who never once contacted me. Thankfully Valeria from the Princeton Store is very responsive and does her best to help and respond. She is very good at customer service but is in the middle in many of these situations, either with the concierge or "regional manager".I am now waiting on a dining table which I pray will be ok. Thankfully my bedroom set which was delivered a few weeks ago had no issues and is beautiful.I am especially horrified at how awful the Concierge (Sharon) and Regional Manager (who I don't even know the name of since they refused to contact me).Likely NEVER shopping here again, and it's a shame because I love their furniture for the most part. It's the service that was lacking, especially considering the prices, as well as many service issues along the way.

Do not buy from Arhaus.I ordered 2 Galena lamps. They looked great in the pictures on their website and were described as including "white linen shades". When they finally arrived a few weeks later, the lamps were not as depicted in the pictures, and they included brown linen shades. After talking to their agents on the phone, I had to send 3 pictures of each lamp to show that they were incorrect. They apologized and agreed that they were not as depicted and agreed to replace them but said not to send them back yet. They said they would get back to me in 48 hours. Over a week later, I still hadn't heard back from them, so I called them again, and they told me to return the lamps, and they would send replacements. I returned the lamps, and, a few weeks later, the replacement lamps arrived. Again, however, the lamps did not look like the pictures, and, again, they included brown, not white, linen shades. I called again to return them, and they agreed to a return, but they hadn't included return labels in the shipment. They apologized and said they would send return labels and would refund the purchase price within 30 days after receipt of the lamps. 3 weeks later, I still have not received the return labels. The boxes that the lamps came in literally stink. I can't stand the smell, and guests have agreed that the boxes actually stink. I'm tired of them being in my house, but I can't send them back, because Arhaus still has not sent the return labels. During the latest call, she apologized and said that the labels would be emailed to me. If it is done by email, though, why is it taking so long? I asked that I stay on the line until the labels were emailed, but she refused. I'm still waiting for the labels . . . .Items are not as described or pictured.Packaging smells like a barnyard.Friendly but abysmal customer service.Everything just takes so long.

A great place to order good stuff except you will most likely never get it and probably die waiting on the phone to get a human to speak with. Never again .....Never!

I can't say enough about Joyce Absalon the General Manager at Arhaus. The dining room table we ordered was delayed and delayed and she gave us options to ultimately make us happy with our purchase and Arhaus. She was honest about the delays, gave us great options/alternatives, and made it clear her goal was to make us happy customers. She turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a positive one. She's the BEST!

Buyers beware. Never shopping here again. Table delivered broken after months and months of delay with very little communication about an updated order. Continue to get updates about further delays. Avoid at all costs

We received our Tulum outdoor set in the Fall of 2021. While the couches and chairs are fine, the finish on the Twig coffee table began to come off almost immediately. I would highly recommend anyone interested to avoid purchasing this piece. We spent over $1100 on it and were told the finish is not covered under warranty.

I would be cautious about purchasing from Arhaus. I attempted to purchase a table that they had listed for $1999. When I selected the EXACT same table, the price increased significantly.I contacted Arhaus and through many emails Arhaus attempted to distract me from the original item I wanted to purchase. They did not honor the price originally advertised, even though I sent a screen shot of the table and offer price.arhaus.com/products/jaco…

I have shopped at Arhaus in North Carolina and furnished my house with furniture from this company. However I stopped by today, on a Tuesday at the store-in McLean, Va and was shocked at how rude the people are in this particular store. Surprised since the other stores have been so extremely helpful!

Being driven crazy by this store and their customer service.Bought a dinning table. Delivered with apparent cracks on both the table top and base. Apparent manufacturing defects. The delivery team persuaded me to keep the table for now, promised the customer service would call me in 2-3 hours for replacement.OK I listened.Three days passed… no one called… no email confirmation for replacement…. There was an email congratulating me and hoping me enjoy the table….I’ve been calling the customer service and sales rep in store many times. Every time, I was either told to leave a message that never got responded, or given empty promises.Sales rep are busy making new sales. No one cares about my defected products and replacement.Just checked customer reviews and found so many people have similar experiences. How could such a store survive and being “popular”?!

So ... Arhaus has some nice stuff and they certainly charge enough for it. We spent a literal fortune at their Boca Raton store recently. With that said, we had an absolute bizarre experience. One of the many items we purchased was a very expensive leather reclining sectional sofa. When it arrived, there were problems, naturally. One of the pieces didn't recline for example. We called, Arhaus agreed to order another piece. Without any trouble, they agreed to replace it. A couple weeks later, when that arrived, the leather was damaged, so we ordered another piece. When that arrived, the leather on that one was damaged. I spoke with customer service. They said, "This is totally unacceptable and I can't apologize enough. Would it be ok with you if we gave you a 10% discount on the entire sofa for your troubles? I said sure - that would be nice. Thank you. Several weeks later I noticed that no credit had been processed back to our card and the amount was over $1,000. So I called Arhaus to ask when I could be expecting that credit. I was out on hold for 15 minutes. When she came back she said "I just looked through the notes and you won't be getting any credit. It was either replacing the piece or a 10% credit." I sorta knew they were going to try and pull this crap so I asked to speak to her supervisor or the woman who originally offered me the credit. She put me on hold for 20 minutes and came back with. "Ah okay. We looked through the notes again and found someone did offer you a 10% discount but it was only for the one piece of the sectional - not the entire sectional." So I raised the ante myself and said - "OK. Now it's a matter of principle - since obviously Arhaus doesn't have any principles. I asked to speak to your supervisor. By coming back with this nonsense, am I to understand that you're not going to allow me to speak with your supervisor?" She said "Ok hold please ... let me get her." I was out on hold for another 20 minutes. When she came back she said, "Ok - so we went through the notes more thoroughly this time and saw where you were told you would be receiving a 10% discount on the entire sofa. I'll have that processed today. You'll see it in approximately 7 to 10 working days." We got off the phone and sure enough the credit was applied a week later. But to put someone through that and lie and lie and lie in order to attempt to renig on their work is disrespectful and disgusting. It wasted more of my time and insulted my intelligence. Therefore, out of principle, we will not be shopping at Arhaus again. So now, tell me Arhaus ... was it worth it - when you ended up paying anyway and we are your perfect demographic considering we can afford your furniture? Had you kept your word without wasting over an hour more of my time, we would have spent tens of thousands of dollar more in your store - this year alone. That's call bad management on your part.

I spent $5,000 on a sectional couch and the reason why I bought this couch was because they fabric was pre-washed slip cover. Once I placed it in the washing machine and air dried it, the inside of the thread looked like web. You had to cut the inside of it so you can fit the cushion. Then the seems start breaking off, making look like it was a couch that you had for 10 years. It is completely difficult to put back the covers on these cushions. I need my housekeeper to help along with my husband. This is insane. They have sent me two sets of slip covers of the same fabric and still we have the same issue for the last 3 years. The seems open, the slipcover does not slip through the cushions as it shrinks (when they told me they would not) and it is so hard to place back on.Now they are telling me that they can't do anything when its out of warranty when all along these slipcovers have been of very horrible quality.

Arhaus is next level more expensive than Crate and Barrel next door but the quality is Not. We bought the Bertogne Coffee Table for $1,499 and like +$250 for delivery. One month in, its evident they cut corners - There is like 1mm of stain/paint on this wood table and fine cracks are already appearing. You think when they do QA they would ensure that there’s a coating that will last at least a month. Ive seen better at Bob’s Furniture - Would not recommend.
