Fast and friendly customer service. There was a mixup on part of my order and not only did Jenny respond on the weekend, but she worked to quickly get me the correct products with free shipping (and free shipping on the return). I love this company's products. Overall StoreYourBoard has a great mission and purpose and I enjoyed supporting this small business. My Kayak Ceiling Host is great and the company's online YouTube instillation videos made this easy to put up in my garage.
