5239 Union Mills Rd, TroyAdopted a kitten from FCSPCA and it was a great experience. It's clear the staff and volunteers care for each animal that comes through the shelter. She wasn't spayed yet so we went through their foster to adopt program. The shelter manager is incredibly pleasant and easy to work with when scheduling a time to come in to update necessary shots and spaying. Their vet (or tech, I'm not sure) is passionate and kind. I highly recommend working with them for your next pet and supporting their efforts however you can.
