We ordered a couple scoops of garden mix to be delivered and we are very pleased with the process and quality. We thought with the season just starting, we might have to wait a bit for delivery, but they got us right on the books on my preferred day and delivered in the window they booked! The soil itself is very rich and of great quality. A couple rocks here and there but nothing bad. The delivery driver was punctual, kind and knowledgeable. I look forward to my garden taking off this year and using The Landscape Store for my future needs.

I walked in with a tire that came off it's rim. They took the tire and fixed it immediately and had me on my way. Definitely look these guys up for your lawnmower repair needs.

Have purchased James river Medium stone 3 times with good quality. Just ordered 8 tons and half was dirt and mud. Was an absolute pain to work with. What a mess!!

The Landscape store is the BEST place around to buy mulch and other landscape supplies! The owner is a great guy who enjoys pies and who gives back to the community and is an all around awesome guy! Also no one gives you more mulch for the price! Mega scoops people!

Dear Jon Fulcher, as owner of The Landscape Store I feel that you should tell the entire story about your delivery of stone. 1) I was rude to you, and I am sorry about that....a little bit. The fact is when you wanted to hook a bull dozer to my truck and tow it up the hill to your new construction site I didn't agree with your thinking. I delivered stone to Blacksburg from Troutville for $100. I simply wanted my guy to dump it and get back to the office, not wait on you and your contractor to brainstorm about how to get my truck up your too steep of a grade. 2) Why would you say the stone is thin when you picked it out? I do not tell you what to order. It arrives from the quarry on pallets that range in thickness. That is how it is put on pallets....by thickness. You could easily have picked the 2 inch thick as opposed to the 1.5 thick. 3) You saying I was late on delivery is like saying the sun will not come up tomorrow .....it's crazy. I am the most prompt person you will ever barely know. My wife and I drive separately to functions because she is always late. 4) You said it is amazing that I am even still in business....well we opened The Landscape Store, Salem in 2013. Looks like my driving is pretty good....and Rud is with one "d" not two.By the way, we just bought more property for another store in Vinton. It seems that all is going amazingly well for The Landscape Stores. Let me know if you need anything else. I would love to assist you.

Rud is rude and when, after buying 41 scoops of rock, the driveway of the 3rd job was damaged...he tried to blame me. He said, "We just pull up and hit a button. We aren't responsible for anything." This was the 2nd delivery to the same address and the tarp was set up the same way. The difference the second time was obviously that whoever delivered it did not pay attention to where there tires were and pushed part of a paver into the driveway way. After being rude as all get out to me Rud then even invited me to come down and see him to settle rhe matter in a physical manner in person! Buyer Beware!!!

Was scolded for pulling in to a parking spot that made the front end loader drive over a small hump. Shown the receipt to the driver and the load was partially completed before he drove off to assist other customers.Typically , I wouldn't remark on a simple mistake, but the stern scolding set the tone of the transaction. Other than the obvious, I was happy with the product.
