“A great place to shop. Has much of the same items as the other big name shops and a few specialty things that you can't find other places. I was looking at all the local Home Improvement stores for manure for my garden, and this was the only location that had it. I was reasonably priced at $4. Definitely recommend.”

I found a dog, many people knew this dog and it was a repeat offender. Just poor little dog is a regular of getting away without a collar and carelessness of a very bad owner who is not fined or penalized at all. Regional Center for animals isn't responsible for finding people. However Roanoke Animal control is. If they're working together and supporting one another there should be far more respect to the people who are taking in the animals. What I mean by this- Why should I be forced to fill out paperwork? Why should I be forced to give my personal information when Roanoke Animal control is not taking care of this animal that keeps on getting free? Why does it fall on my privacy as a good Samaritan to be abandoned for a person who could care less? I don't like it that I had to give my personal information and signature to returning a dog that everybody knew gets out regularly. It's unfair to a person that possibly could kill an animal because of the lack of care a human being would take with a pet. These guys are doing their job but Roanoke Animal control that works with them should do a much better job.I actually would like to serve and volunteer to help these animals. The staff were very good and kind caring people. They were just stuck in the middle. But because these two organizations work together something needs to be done. “I have been converted from petsmart to petco! New to the area and this location is convenient to my new job. Not only did they help me find what I needed but they price matched the sale price of the food I was purchasing (which I now have to return because my senior stopped eating it ? ) but returns will be easy because I signed up for their rewards program! Quinn was super helpful and informative! It seems like the staff enjoy working there which makes shopping a pleasure. Definitely will be returning for all our fur babies needs! “I go here mainly for Banfield for my little guy. The store prices are quite high unless you buy on sale items. Some things I haven't been able to find here and order on line. Nice people, helpful. Love seeing the kitties they have for adoption. I don't like the grooming salon though. Paid for a full groom, was supposed to get coupons for future discounts, special bandana, which was small compared to the fact they didn't do hisanalysis, or trim his nails & teeth.”

I call almost every day and they take time out of their business to go to my bird so I can talk to him.
When I pick up my bird , he is happy to see me, he always look good not stressed or sad ?.

“I was so nervous about boarding my two young blue heelers for the first time ever. The owners and staff at Crest Hill were very friendly and responsive and were happy to let me tour the facility before deciding. They answered all my questions and made the process very easy to book our dates.
The double run they stayed in had indoor and outdoor sections available for them. This was a huge plus for me because so many boarding places have to keep the animals inside all the time except for a few scheduled potty breaks. They have regular access to fresh air here. In addition, there was a nice outdoor play area they could be released into some each day for a little extra exercise.
They encouraged me to bring anything from home that would make them feel more comfortable. You can tell they really care about the animals here. I had some concerns come up while I was on my trip and they addressed them and made them right. The owners are easy to reach and communicate with.
I was very pleased when I picked them up because my dogs did not seem stressed at all. I could tell that they had been treated very well. And the staff did a phenomenal job of keeping their run clean. I was totally expecting them to be just a bit smelly and dirty when I got back. But, they were just as clean as when I dropped them off the week before.
I will definitely be using Crest Hill Animal Inn again. Thank you to the owners and staff for taking such good care of my Hank and Rue!”
