Delicious souvenir of our trip through the beautiful Shenandoah Valley! Troutville is a little piece of heaven and so is this ham! Convenient that Mr. Etzler has included cooking directions on the bag the ham came in. Thanks!

Just had two hot, out of the oven biscuits with a generous stack of Etzler ham and sliced Red Sun tomatoes. You can't beat that for a morning starter. rrg
