Fantastic company! I had an issue with my laptop, and another larger repair place said I would have to find and buy the needed part myself and then bring it to them to install (and then pay the labor cost). I was thinking it might be more cost effective just to buy a whole new laptop. J L Computers fixed it for a much better price without even needing the other part! They were also very convenient to schedule with and fixed the laptop in less than an hour. Friendly, fast, and affordable service— highly recommend!

Larry is brilliant. He solved in minutes problems that another computer tech service spent days working on (unsuccessfully). Reasonable rates and honest. Last week my laptop not only crashed, but shorted out with the touch pad and keyboard, and locked up in my down load box. I am a solo practicing lawyer and while there was another computer to keep going on, pretty much everything I operated with and that is configured for me was on that laptop. I called Larry Etzler at J L Computers, Inc. and he remotely accessed my computer, came to my office, purchased a replacement laptop, programed it overnight, and had it running in my office with all the icons in the same place on the desktop and everything else operating just as it had been - ALL IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS! INCREDIBLE! He knew the critical position I was in and he fixed it now. I have used his services for three years and am very satisfied and recommend J L Computers, Inc. to you.
