“Had a wonderful experience today with a gentleman named Noah. I went in stressed with a broken phone, and he assisted with the process. He put my claim in for me, talked me through everything, and even walked me down the sidewalk to the walk-in repair store to make sure they got everything before he was finished with me. This is some of the best, top-tier customer service I've ever experienced, especially while dealing with such a stressful time. The only negative comment I have is that he asked another gentleman a couple of questions to confirm things, and he seemed to me to have an attitude and was quite rude to his co-worker while responding. I'm not sure if he's a manager or what, but that was totally un called for and made me uncomfortable, and I did not appreciate that. Thank you for the help today, Noah!
