“Best customer service! My first interaction with Colonial Towing was when someone ran a red light totaling my car. Jason showed up and helped me get personal affects out of the car and met me again(days later) so I could get photos. Yesterday evening my wife's car wouldn't start(yes I tried to jump several times) so I called this morning and Jason showed up with a smile and towed it to the dealer. Super friendly interaction again. I will be calling Colonial Towing in the future when in need. They are a glimmer of hope that there are still good/honest folks still around. Thank you all again!”

“We were on our way home from Nags Head and stopped off in Williamsburg for gas. Well, the car wouldn't start after getting gas. Their rollback was behind me waiting to get diesel. I opened the hood and the driver in the rollback came out and helped. He used his jump box to get me going. He didn't charge a dime and I was extremely grateful. I've been in law enforcement for 32 years, although he didn't know this when he helped me, this definitely stands out as much as wreckers and rollbacks are used in the LEO community. I'll be letting the Williamsburg Troopers know how Snow's treated a complete stranger. This guy couldn't have been any nicer. This just goes to show there are still some good people out there!Service: Battery service”
