My experience was excellent. I bought my Beretta 92s which fell apart when the slide was removed. I tried to order the parts myself but didn't get the right items. He took care of it including testing inside a week.

Worst experience ever!This dude is a trash gunsmith. Save yourself the hassle and find another spot.The gun store is cool but the gunsmith is a separate owner and he’s Absolutely trash!First time I took my muzzleloader there he charged me $125 to remove a double load. Not only did he leave the sabot lining in but he also dented the removable muzzle.I contacted him and told him about it and he said no problem bring it back.I brought it back and he charged me again to clean it out ??. Then I was late on picking it up since I was out of town. So he threatened to sell the stock and melt the barrel.After retrieving my firearm from this weirdo I noticed the muzzle break that he damaged the first time was SHAVED DOWN!! I never asked this fool to do that and it looks terrible now and he shaved it off to raw steel which is going to rush.This guy is a hack job and shouldn’t touch anyone’s firearms.Absolute trash!

Judging by the rudeness of the lady answering the phone, when acquiring about an item in stock. Made you feel as if you were a bother. I’ll take my business elsewhere that appreciate my business. Your loss someone else's gain. Good riddance!!!

They can get what you need done, done, probably. But they are not very pleasant to work with. Every phone call I had with them was as though I was an inconvenience. My husband was quoted a price, but found out at pick up that the quoted price was for labor only and did not include parts, which I guess if fine, but they could have mentioned it. (Price went from ~$300-400 to over $500). They did not charge for ammo for test shots, which was nice, but the owner had told my husband he wanted to shoot the 1911 anyways. But again, the woman with whom I spoke was literally never polite. Additionally, the safety on his 1911 wasn’t working properly at pickup. After spending $500 on three guns he expected everything to be in working order, to the best of their ability. When she called me back, she started the conversation by saying that my husband walked out and walked right back in to claim the safety didn’t work. She ended the conversation by saying she can’t tell when a gun is taken out of the shop whether it was their fault or ours. We live an hour away so if he walked out and walked back in I’m guessing he didn’t have much time to mess it up. When he got home he took it apart and the spring wasn’t positioned correctly which is why the safety isn’t working properly. It’s unfortunate that they were so unpleasant to deal with because in the past they had done good work and that’s why we followed them when they moved locations. Now, however, we won’t be back.

Great family run gun shop! I miss when they were 1.5 miles up the road! Courtney and her husband are extremely personable, as were each of their (brilliantly named) children, although I didn't meet all of them.
They installed night sights on one of our weapons and when it came loose (after some intense range therapy and an annual qualification) they fixed it for us happily. If nothing else, it's worth stopping to see some of their custom guns, many of which are INCREDIBLE and some of which are serious works of art!
