Dr. Watson and Shannon took the time to thoroughly examine Max, explaining everything in clear detail and answering all my questions. It was clear that they genuinely cared about Max’s health and well-being, making me feel comfortable and confident in the level of care he was receiving. The following day I received a comprehensive email and phone call recapping Max’s exam along with multiple options for his continuing care.
