“I called the Car Doctor thru a referral concerning a black fluid leaking from under
a 1998 Oldsmobile Integra with 60000 original miles and garage kept condition. He stated that it could be a blown valve gasket but wasn't sure until he had a chance to look at it. He stated that I could drive the car to his shop because I was closed by, just check oil and transmission levels first. He called me the same day and said it was not a blown valve gasket but I needed a radiator flush do to old original antifreeze. This was definitely good news.He not only checked that problem but gave the car a good once over and noticed a few other issues.He replaced the serpentine belt and radiator cap using good quality parts. I appreciated Jack's interest in the car and in me as a customer.”

“Chris, Alex, and Anthony are amazing! They were able to help us out in an emergency that could have ruined our weekend. Friday afternoon and they found out what was wrong after our car felt like it was going to die on the hughway, sent us by Uber to the mall that is only .20 miles away (and brought us back) because I had a problem with my ankle, sourced a part that shouldn't have been findable, and got it installed! They are very friendly, keep an incredibly clean place for any business (look in the restroom!), and provide snacks, coffee, and water. Everyone you meet there is polite and friendly. I felt like we were dealing with the owners instead of employees. They are growing into the Tidewater area. My husband and I highly, highly recommend them.”

Then a month later I have a crack in my other rim. Same day service and yet again affordable price!! (I swear I’m not a bad driver…. “Had a 1 pm tire change appointment for my truck. They told me it'll take 1 to 2 hours to change all 4 but they got it done in less than 30 minutes. I say that's pretty stellar work if you ask me.”

“Moved to the area and needed a safety inspection. Absolutely blown away by the service here! Called the day of and they said come on by! They even took care of my ride back home after I dropped the car off so I didn't need to wait. The front desk staff were so NICE and I didn't feel like I was getting scammed. Im totally coming back here for all my car things!”
