We sent a set of injectors and didn't realize we would be in Virginia at the same time they got done. Spoke to Jack and he said it would be fine to pick them up in person. While there, Jack showed us the facility and was very welcoming. He treated us like we've known each other for 100 years. Not many business owners are like that. He answered all the questions that we had. It was really nice to see that some business owners still are very personable and actually care about their customers.
