I had Strickler to replace carpet & lvp recently in my home. It looks great & they worked with my tight deadline to get it installed. I think very reasonable priced. And the floor looks & feels great in my 20 year old townhouse making it look & feel new again. I would recommend as I love working with local vendors that been around for a solid minute.

Strickler Carpet did a phenomenal job on the flooring and carpet install at our home!!! We received a quote from them and from Home Depot. When Home Depot came, they did the measurements, talked to us for a few minutes, and sent us a quote. When we met with Hilary from Strickler, she spent around 90-minutes with her during our first session, just talking through options and suggestions for our home. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the information we needed, and ran various carpet samples out to us to pick from on a number of questions. She was always available to answer our questions, and even helped us to make last minute changes the night before the install. Strickler could not be more attentive to their customers needs. We are SO happy with the work that they did for our home, and highly recommend them. They’re incredible, and they have such a talented team on their staff!

I contacted Strickler Carpet on a Tuesday to have my flooring replaced in a bathroom . . . the estimator came on Thursday and flooring was schedule to be put in on the following Monday! (I had previously contacted another flooring company to do the work . . . still waiting for them to even return my call!). The guys/gals did a fantastic job . . . the floor looks great.Thanks to everyone at Strickler Carpet . . . thanks for the quick response and a job well done!!

We had them install new carpet a few months ago in one of our bedrooms. Recently, we started noticing line seams showing up in the carpet where they had joined pieces together. These were appearing in high traffic areas. When we attempted to schedule them to repair the work, they emailed us back telling us they're busy and that they will have someone call us to schedule our appointment. But no one ever does and we have to keep following up. We've been emailing and calling them about this with no one calling us back for TWO MONTHS!!! They simply will not schedule time for us. They appear highly understaffed and unorganized.

I've used them at least twice in the past, to acceptable result -- well, they installed the wrong carpet one time -- so I suggested my wife go by to look at carpet for our basement. None of the employees were wearing masks, nor did they put on masks when she walked in with one on. The woman stood close to her without a mask but was not helpful in explaining carpet selections. Disappointed. We'll take our business elsewhere.

Hilary at Strickler Carpet was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! The crew that they've send was fast and did a great job! I had to have my laundry room done first for my washer and dryer to be installed and they went out of their way to make it happen. I would definitely recommend Strickler Carpet! Thank you for our beautiful floors!
