Had Ferrell gas for years and I’ve never had any problems . I have gas logs and I bought them at Home Depot, the driver helped me set them up when everyone else wants $ . I understand that when winter is here they work around the clock. I thank Ferrell gas for keeping me warm.

Had requested a refill on 2/17. Since then we have been rescheduled for delivery 3 times. Multiple phone calls to the Tazewell and the corporate office with no action. No follow up phone calls.
February 2025
Gas ordered for 3+ weeks. Suppose to be delivered today. No show. Still dont know when.
