My pair of Naot shoes were in almost perfect condition…except for the soles. The soles had literally crumbled off the shoe.The repair done by Virginia Shoe Clinic was nothing short of a miracle. I now have my shoes back and in pristine condition❣️

Did an awesome job making a custom holster for my .357. Fair price for quality custom work and fast turn around. I had my holster made and given to me in 1 week. They will definitely be making more holsters for me.

I collect high end designer heels, and as imagined they cost a small fortune at best. I came in here with a pair of Sophia Webster heels that the pointed toe had been scuffed hitting it on a side walk. It was a very small repair, the clerk at the counter said she would take the shoe in the back to her boss to assess. She comes back in less than a minute and says "he said he won't do it, but you can use nail polish". I was shocked. Basically they didn't want to repair it, so I took my business elsewhere.

Virginia shoe clinic provided me with excellent, timely service. The store manger is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go back there again.

I visited the Kilmarnock location today with my Mom who is a regular. Mel took great care of us and was extremely patient. We probably spent an hour and a half at the store. We both used the Atrex foot scanner to see what type of orthotics we needed. I bought a pair of new Atrex orthotics and a new pair of Brooks running shoes. Mel was a pro and knew I would need to go up half a size and also had a wide size for my painful bunion on my left foot. I was not sure what color I wanted and she showed me all the colors available. In the end I bought the gray pair she had because they were just so comfortable and a great neutral to go with everything. Mel was such a pleasure and I even told my dad about the nice lady who helped me and he said "Oh, Mel!" He shops there too! What a great store with great customer service. I can't wait to go back once I'm back for Christmas time!!!

Great service from the time I walked in until I picked up my shoes a few hours later. Went into detail on how to keep my shoes in good condition going forward. Highly recommend this shop if you care about your shoes.
