I see a lot of people commenting about the front desk guy being rude. I’m not sure if it’s the same guy but the gentleman Sherman was very respectful, helpful, and showed great customer service towards me.

I called to inquire about renting a unit. The man who answered the phone had no customer service skills whatsoever. He was rude when you just made normal inquiries. So I can only imagine what it would be like to have actual business dealings with him. He actually hung up on me. It was like I can't be bothered with your questions.Things like operating hours, etc.

OMG--I have been researching units..called this guy..left a message. He called back, and was so rude and not helpful at all. He is a terrible representative I for this place of business. Will not be calling them, again..nor should you.

Called to inquire prices and was told to go online and I explained I'm sorry I don't have access to the internet I'm moving. The guy hung up in my ear and I called back and got sent right to voicemail. I will gladly pay double anywhere else that gives GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Obviously this place needs no business. Rude little snot!!!!
