I wish to thanks Sheetz in Tappahannock for all of the support that they give to James Cary Intermediate School. We are so grateful for a business that is always willing to help our small town community and especially the school. Everything was state of the art and we so enjoyed it. I am glad that we have Sheetz in our town.

I love visiting Sheetz stores. They are clean, organized, and the food is great, but I am really impressed by our Tappahannock Sheetz. The manager Amie and her staff work extremely hard to satisfy all of their customers and Amie has provided food and drink donations to local schools, including mine for a variety of functions. Thank you Amie and all of the Sheetz staff for supporting our students and our schools and for showing us what community pride really looks like!

I ordered a STEAK MELT SANDWICH and I got other toppings aswell… I didn’t get nothing close to that…. They gave me a CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH LETTUCE? Not cool man I paid extra for toppings and the bun… get a grip and focus on working and not talking to coworkers… not happy abt this… and to top it they have me a bag with some of my food and didn’t hand me my nacho Grande.

I visited this Sheetz on Wednesday around 9am
Great experience! Very clean, organized, and welcoming. Fast service and everyone was so nice. The manager Amy even helped me with my purchase, as I had 2 small children in tow, and offered to help me take my stuff to the car bc I was carrying a baby seat. So personable and nice. The ladies in the kitchen were nice too. I live about halfway between this Sheetz and King George, but I will definitely be returning to this location!! Great team and great store!

22 mins ticket time is ridiculous for 4 hot dogs when it's not that busy. Think it was 3 active orders that include mine in the wildest thing. And less talking to your friends and more focus on fixing orders will be even better.

The wait time for picking up orders after it says it’s “Ready for pickup” is ridiculous! 20 min or more & it’s never ready. It’s been like that for months… when taking a 30 min break more than half of it is spent waiting. I will go to Wawa where it’s ready, fresh, & not chaotic.

I came to the store at 11:40pm on Wednesday and they wouldn't serve me alcohol, the correct time to stop serving is 12am ... poor customer service!!!

Pump non ethanol gas into my boat in June, 2024 , went fishing and motor started to shake so day of fishing is ruined. Empty the gas tank it was 3 gallons of dense junk , never again I would use this location,it could be much worse outcome, manager at the location denies everything.
