The day after I got my nails done here one broke (snapped in half just from me putting away laundry), and layers of the dip powder began peeling off. I went back and got one nail fixed, then 2 days later another one broke! Not even a week after & paying 65$ for a powder set. I politely asked for a refund because the nails were obviously not done well, and they refused saying they were “just too long”. I’ve never had my nails break from being too long or have layers peel off from a dip powder set. Definitely choose another spot in the Tappahannock area.

The wait time gets longer and longer almost every time it seems. It is also very interesting to me how the man that does acrylics now chooses who he will and won’t take. You can be waiting for a hour and if someone else comes in after you he will take them ahead of you and make you wait. I’ve been coming here about 5 years or more now and the last 6 months or so the man will not wait on me. Has never said anything to me nor have I ever once complained about any of his work. Kind of sketchy but is what it is I guess. The lady by the door that does acrylics does great job specially the designs. The wait for her is long but 9/10 work. My last time was not good with her that is why I’d do the 9/10 rating for her. DO NOT GET PEDICURES here. The massage is nice but the paint job is pretty horrific if you pay attention closely and she knows about 2% English so it is better to just not waste your money for that!!!

my friend and i were looking for a place to get our nails done in tappahannock and i was a little scared by the mixed reviews, but they did an amazing job!!! the environment was calm and sweet, and while it did take some time, perfection always does!

I indulged myself in a total self-care pampering today with eyebrows and mustache waxing, mani and pedi done, and couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by serene and beautiful ambiance and music with skilled and gentle personnel. Highly recommend this place! Ten stars!! Going to come only here from now on. ❤️❤️❤️

I want in to get my feet done and I ask how much it would be for the acrylic on my toes and one price was 55 now that they thought they was going doing one toe with acrylic so I said something and she did all now I want the paint too and now it’s 95 like bruh never in my life heard nun like this so no I’m not happy cuz they won’t get painted ?Service: Pedicure

Could do great nails but I will never know. Came in and was told an hour wait, said okay can I come back in an hour, that was fine. Came back in an hour and then was told there were 4 other people in front of me and I’d have to wait another hour… not worth wasting your time

Satisfied Customer 9/10 for 4 years for nails (not pedicures). Cleanliness 8/10. Downside: with only 3 techs, wait times can be lengthy, esp preholiday & paydays.
