Bought a new dishwasher. Girl sold me on the extended warranty and the old machine haul away. We talked about the installation but she didn't set it up. Every time we try to make a large purchase there,they screw it up. There a better places to shop. Even other Lowe's. This one is staffed by idiots.

No employees to help!!!!!! Waited 45 minutes for some dumbass to show up to cut blinds. We selected the blinds and put them in the basket. When he finally showed up we asked him to please cut the blinds in the basket and gave him the dimensions. He said he would cut them and put them back in the basket. We went to look at doors, about 30 minutes, and when we got back the blinds were in the basket and we checked out and drove the one hour home. When we opened the blinds they had not been cut at all. I just called Lowes and they said to bring them back and they would cut them. THAT'S A TWO HOUR ROUND TRIP!!@!!!!!! DON'T SHOP THERE!

Called to speak to someone in Hardware after 15 minutes of being transferred several times with no answer. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were busy. Hardware employees were all out to lunch! No one can answer questions!!! Sad I am going to call Home Depot!

Delivery service is totally unreliable. We had a scheduled delivery this afternoon, and no one showed after receiving a reminder from their delivery company last night. When we attempted to call The Tappahannock Lowes, the first customer service rep couldn't find any record of our $4500.00 paid order. She told us to contact delivery company, which would not answer the call. We called Lowes back, and after a very long hold, we're told they would call back. That call never occurred.We are now facing arrival of contractor to install with no materials! We will never again count on this Lowes store for a product we can not haul in our personal vehicle.

Do not buy Apple gift cards from this store. My daughter bought 3 Apple gift cards for $500 each. After giving them to her friend he was told that there was no money ever put on them. She has gotten the runaround about getting her money back. She called the card provider and also Lowes corporate office. They I both told her that the store is responsible for giving her the refund. She bought the cards on February 9th and it is now April 5th and she still has not gotten her refund.

Ordered and paid $3,100 for a 56 inch Husqvarna zero turn riding mower. That we never recieved. Mower was suppose to be in 2 weeks after we ordered it in May.Someone called and gave is another date for 2 more weeks. No mower, no phone call. This continued for almost 2 months. I called ask yo speak to management. In which I don't think it was the manager. However I told whoever how unprofessional it was to have our money, and we don't have the product. They won't do as much as to give you a call to say, it's not coming. It's on back order. One person in delivery told me it was on the truck to be delivered. I didn't need to be home. They'll drop it off. Only to find out. She lied, it never came in. They pushed the date all the way out to July. We decided to get the refund and look elsewhere. But in spite of all that. They have some really nice and king workers throughout the store. Especially lawn and garden

I was at Lowe's today to purchase a grill. I didn't know very much about purchasing a grill but thank goodness for Frank. He came to my rescue and gave me great advice about what type of grill would work best for me. Thank you Frank for great customer service!

Guys I just wanna put it out there, I've been purchasing from both Lowes and Mechanicsville and Tappahannock for a long time building homes and keeping my shops up and running, this afternoon I had a large order that I need it to be ready for me to pick up running tight on time certainly had hopes that the orders would be ready to go and that they would be correct. But I have to say Jason who was working back in appliances tonight was absolutely amazing. My order was correct and ready to go it was the smoothest transition That I've ever had at Lowe's you guys are doing a great job and I also want to throw out there the young lady Becky who took my order yesterday, she was on it she knew what she was doing took care of me I just can't say enough I am totally pleased with what's happened today.
