Very responsive and professional. Some comments mention timeliness. We managed to get a hold of them early in the day. We were provided service same day. Even started the unit up for us that ran dry, and provided tips to keep efficiency through winter. Id reccomend to my own mother, not just in laws! ?

I will stop here anytime I drive through Tappahannock! Even if I don't need gas, I will top off my tank here. A true hometown kind of place. The gas prices are consistently low. The lady who works here is friendly and kind. The bathrooms are clean. I wish there was a gas station like this in my town.

Got a car wash, didnt even clean half my car. Said he knew my type and I just wanted to get a free car wash when I said I wasnt satisfied. Told me to go back home to my own kind and threatened to call police.

Told me I need to go back home to my own kind. Was very dissatisfied with my car wash and ask for a refund. He told me I was just trying to get a freebie and he knew my "kind" (makes you wonder what he meant)and then threatened violence and to call the cops on me. Worst car wash and worst customer service I ever had.
