Terrible customer service. I haven’t had them come out to do anything since I bought myHome but some how I have $600 in bills from them. Then I get a random text message saying they are going to disconnect my service if I don’t have the money to pay the random $600 by then end of the day! I decided to just pay the money and now I got a letter saying that they are not going to monitor my tank anymore even though I just paid $120 for them to and that I won’t be able to do the budget plan with them. This company is terrible and if I were you I would find someone else. I hope these scum bags go out of business!

I called in about getting an estimate and the receptionist said they'd need to come out. She offerended send a welcome email with a form to fill out, but never did.I ended up going with someone that actually followed through.

Great service. Karen is awesome and the techs that came out to install and connect our range were great. Thanks for getting it done in time for Thanksgiving. You made my wife very happy. Glad to be a Holtzman customer.

Poor customer service. Submitted application and all other documents needed to setup an account. They even came out and checked to see what they had to do to hook me up. Got the call everything was good and this was the X amount that needed to be paid. Install day comes, and the tech doesn't have all the stuff to do, then I get a invoice emailed to me for another dollar amount, then was told we couldn't install monitor due to credit and you will need to pay a deposit before we can install. Well shouldn't that have been a phone call you made before I paid you to come do the job? You had 3 weeks before install to know that you wanted a deposit, and on top of that you already collected the money for everything upfront.
