I went to the farm for a conference they had. It was called beyond labels. The attendees (me and about 100 others) were promised on many occasions that all the notes and power points of the presenters would be emailed to everyone in attendance. That was never done and I have tried to reach out to a couple of the presenters and they will not respond back. This place seems very dishonest

Wonderful experience on the tour. Joel and his team are truly a wealth of wisdom. Wonderful beef! So grateful for this place and the movement they have started and vision they have shared with so many. Thankful to the Lord for Joel and Polyface!!!

I am a new customer to Polyface Farms. The entire staff personally helped me with the merchandise, ordering and shipping details particular to their farm. They were kind, informative and timely. I specifically ordered the chicken livers; their freshness, taste and quality surpass ANY chicken liver I have eaten my entire life (I am a senior). Thank you Polyface Farms for being true to your mission!

I ordered 20 dozens Medium eggs. My delivery date was June 01, 2024. My family were very much disappointed. The 20 dozens eggs were small size. Not only it was small, it was very very small. I wonder how can your farm can compensated for future purchase.

It was so nice they let you roam around 24/7. We were able to get there early in the morning before the heat came and explore then buy some stuff at 9am when the shop opened. There is a map in the gift shop to help you navigate the farm.

I've been a customer for 4 years now. Use mostly their 'neighborhood delivery' option but also visited the farm on several occasions bought from their farm store and attended public events such as conferences and customer gatherings.
Every time my experience is a positive one: The products are of top quality, staff is very friendly and punctual yet there is a feeling of relaxation and cheer.
I mostly buy eggs, meet, and cheese. The eggs have nicely hard shells, and I am happy to find duck eggs too at Polyface. The meet is well-packaged and tasty.
If there is a problem with the order such as quantity or misplaced items, Polyface folks always make it right and follow up on the problem resolution.
I'd also highly recommend visiting the farm and having a hay-ride with Joel. You'll get to see the happy life their animals have and talk about its seasonality. Great fun for kids too!

Phenomenal experience, staff are incredibly gracious and hospitable, everyone is very professional and the farm is regenerating - literally a breath of fresh air compared to industrial farming which is toxic and depressing. The food is incredibly well-raised and tastes delicious. Highest recommendations!

This was all we hoped for and more. We stayed at The Cottage on site, and had the run of the place. We even got to meet Joel Salatin and give him a painted rock. ??❤️

We had an amazing time visiting this farm, seeing the animals and the sustainable farming practices. The farm store was well stocked and had reasonable prices. We highly recommend a visit.
