“Jim, Judy and the team at Shenandoah Valley Diesel are top notch. I was passing through the area when I had a breakdown. I was five hours from home and needed some help. I called Jim and he was more than willing to fit me in immediately even though his shop was very busy at the time. He and his team diagnosed and corrected the issues with my truck and in less than 6 hours had me back on the road. While I was there the team was very cordial and helpful. I've had trouble in the Staunton area for the past several years having to "make appointments" and getting the run-around trying to get my vehicle inspected. I always feel like it's an inconvenience to some of these shops, but not here.I showed up today and was gone within an hour, went and got another car and had exactly the same experience the second time. No notice given or appointment made. Thoroughly inspected my vehicles and provided me with new stickers, with no extra BS.Seriously, it's worth the drive out of town to get actual good service. “The folks at Driven Motors went above and beyond in helping me deal with a junk used car purchased from another lot in Staunton. They completed repairs at a reasonable price and helped me deal with a warranty company that ended up being a scam. They did all of this for no cost, making phone calls and filling out paperwork simply as a favor. I cannot recommend this business enough. They are genuine individuals who offer a service to the community. I have personally seen that they stand by the products that they sell.
