“I called this location before coming to get some additional questions answered and to ensure I had all of the necessary documents in hand when coming. Jolene, the Branch Manager, assisted me over the phone. She had a pleasant voice and demeanor and seemed to be smiling as she spoke with me. This is a small location compared to some that I've been to in other states. It's located in a shopping plaza. There's ample parking. I must have come at the right time as it was easy in and easy out. Elizabeth appears to be a quiet, reserved, young lady. Don't worry as she will open and talk to you and ensure that your questions are answered and needs met. She was able to assist me with my account, as well as clear up some incorrect information I was provided from calling the call center/toll free number. I appreciate the time she took helping and the friendly conversation. It'll be nice to see additional locations opened, especially in the central Virginia area. The locations on Virginia seem to be spread out, whereas in northern states like Pennsylvania and New Jersey there's literally one on every corner or so it seems. They're closed on Saturday and Sunday, so they truly have banker's hours. If you are current military or a veteran, let them tell you what they have to offer. Stop by and you won't be disappointed. Elizabeth will be happy to assist you.”

Elizabeth will be happy to assist you.Removing one star due to the following:Employees tell you to call if you need any assistance, but you're rushed off the phone die to them working with clients and having to answer the phone. So that you can fully assist all clients, ask the client if you can place them on hold to help the client in front of you or call back.”

“OMG ELENA WAS AMAZING! Not only was she professional and proficient, she was also kind and not condescending. I had a horrible time at another branch but I was able to walk in get my savings bonds cashed and walk out in about 10 minutes. I didn’t want to cash the bonds because of sentimental reasons (left to me by a deceased grandmother) but Elena made the moment easy and without difficulties. This is definitely my new branch.”

“I've banked with navy federal for years and never been disappointed with any branch offices. I remember one time I received an email about an order I received but I didn't purchase the item. I immediately called them and there wasn't a charged on the account. I still felt a little uneasy about so I went down to the local office and they took care of me and understood my concerns. All of the staff that I've interacted with are completely understandable and I don't see myself banking with anyone else.”

Since I already have a business account with BOA, I decided to open a personal account as well. The experience of opening an account with Kathy Brown was rewarding and I am glad I chose this branch. Her warmth and welcoming manner made us feel welcome, and she even delayed her lunch break to assist my wife and I since we didn't have an appointment. As the face of BOA, she should be recognized for her personal touch and superior customer service.”
“The service at this branch is excellent. I had an issue that I wanted to discuss privately in an office.. I waited for a few customers because I wanted to speak with an associate who I had previously dealt with. She intervened with a positive attitude, and let me know my options. Also,the drive through is biker and walker friendly.”
