“Daniel at smiths got me out of a terrible pickle by going above and beyond where his tow trucks could handle. I was broken down way up a mountain and Daniel wrangled some neighbors to help get me down with their tractor. Then he compensated the neighbors for their help which I thought was very honorable. I was especially worried bc I got a work vehicle stuck but Daniel assured me he wouldn’t leave me there. Can’t say how much I appreciate his help.”

“I have had issues for about 9 months with my car loosing power and a bad miss. I even took it to Ford Dealership. Nobody could diagnose it and fix it. They kept putting parts on it that wasn't the problem. My brother hauled it to Keith and he put a new fuel pump in it and now it runs great. This was the first time I had met Keith. He is a knowledgeable mechanic and a very polite man. As long as he is still working on cars I will take mine to this shop for anything I need. “The Gentlemen with this company should have been wearing capes this week as they made a crazy situation SO easy, and so much better. Had a wreck “somewhere between DC and Oklahoma” on the freeway in the rain, and they showed up and not only got us off the freeway (brought two vehicles to take us) offered to bring us dinner to the hotel or pick us back up if we needed anything, and then as they unloaded the car, told me they thought it was 100% safe and drivable, (only ended up with bumper damage after all, from hitting the guardrail after a few spins) then drove me down the road in it to help me feel safer. They have a garage, and could have taken the car to the garage and charged me, and didn’t. We thought the tie rod or something was broken in the front with the way the car came to rest. They absolutely made our day in a terrible situation. We need more of this in the world! I hope you never have an emergency coming through their area, but if you do, you are in GREAT hands with the guys at Pikes Garage Towing and Recovery! Thank you guys for all you did!! “Our car broke down about a mile from J&K 2hr into a 5hr trip with 2 dogs in the car. We nursed the car into the parking lot around 2pm on a Thurs, and despite a busy shop, they made time to help us out and get us back on the road quickly. Everyone was friendly and the fix was much cheaper than we expected. Really appreciate everyone here!”
“These guys are honest and if any problems arise they'll make it square with you even if they have to come pick you up and take you to your vehicle, had a wheel get mounted that got a little scratched but Billy is in the process of getting it fixed now”
