Just moved to North Carolina I live 30 minutes past the VA line now and this branch is the closest one to where I moved and I'm thankful for that. Very convenient for me and never have any issues always in and out pretty fast even when there's a few people in line they have a decent amount of people to assist, never had problems with phone calls either. Good branch in my experience.

They keep the phone on a recording many days and did not take care of my request after dozens of phone calls and 2 months of asking. The Richmond branch took care of my request in 1 day. .

i think that they closed the wrong inion bank in suffolkcustomer service by jill is great but others could maybe be more friendly.i just withdrew my money and am going to a local bank trying to get the hometown feel back
