“Absolutely a hidden gem of Hampton Roads! This is an upscale boutique and consignment shop that does weekly online sales 3 times a week! If you haven't checked them out you should, because you're missing a great local store with the best staff and quality items at a fantastic price! Michelle, the owner, has been in business for over 25+ years in the Hampton Roads area. I've shopped with her since 2000 and she was in business before I ever found her store. I've seen her store grow through the years, double in size, move to a new location that was twice the size of the old one, and develop her unique hybrid model. This lady is savvy and has changed and adapted with the times. She is a great reason to shop local!”

“Ross is generally a mess. Clothes thrown on the floor, no price tags, and long lines. This location, however, is doing it right. I don't feel like I'm in a thrift store. The employees are nice, and it's overall a very clean location. The mens section is consistent to size, meaning I'm not searching to find the right size through all the racks. The shoe section is incredible! I'm guessing not a whole lot of guys shop here, which is great for me. Of course, with Ross being more than just a clothing store, they sell much more. I was very excited when fall came around to check out what they have, they did not disappoint. When you go into a store like this, you expect to be waiting in a 20-minute line, not the case. It seems they are a big team and willing to help each other out. The ONLY super small thing I would change is the setup. The bathroom decor section is by the men's clothes off to a whole other section. Very very impressed with the cleanliness, can't get over that.”
