Just wasted my time, energy and back muscles carrying a heavy package in from across the parking lot. Waited in line just to be told they don't take packages over 50 lb would have been nice if there was a sign of some sort.

This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare! I dont usually complain about a place but they take it to another level.....their attitudes are terrible,they are rude....cut you off while you're talking. Forget about calling,after you've been on hold forever,they will hang up on you repetedly! They charged my insurance for a script they knew they didn't even have, then it was a 3 hour process to get it fixed so that I could get it elsewhere!! Just what you wanna deal with when you don't feel good....ugh!!!

This pharmacy has gone down the tubes. I just moved all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy after 20+ years. It has been progressively getting worse, but I finally have had enough. I have tried to call multiple times for a MONTH to get a prescription filled. I am so sick of calling the pharmacy and someone picking up and hanging up. This is the absolute worse pharmacy.

Bre was on her phone texting the entire time (Mother’s Day morning) I was checking out, my card wasn’t working & instead of putting her phone down she continued. If you’re going to work in customer service, at least pretend to give the customer your attention when ASSISTANCE is needed.

I've been a customer of Walgreens Pharmacy consistently since 2011. Recently, my health condition changed, and my doctor prescribed me a new medicine for 90 days to see if it could turn things around for me. I got the worst person ever at the counter. She spoke over me before I completed my question. She told me they didn't have the medicine before checking. Lastly, she told me I needed a note from the doctor to get the treatment. I was appalled. Once I regrouped, I asked her who the doctor's note would go to. At this point, the conversation is so dumb that It's entertaining. She explained so many people without the illness are getting the medicine, so we are taking extra precautions. Listen, I get it, but I'm not that audience. I reminded her that Walgreens has been filling a similar medicine for me since 2011, so my illness is noted. She said, "I know. I checked already!"Wait, it gets dumber by the moment. She recommended I go to Kroger because they do not verify your illness??♀️ So, you want me to go to another pharmacy that doesn't have my medical history instead of Walgreens filling my medicine with years of my medical treatment on file? Make it make sense.I know hiring quality people is difficult, but this person is an embarrassment to your brand. Do better, Walgreens at Bridge Rd. I see and understand why your rating is so low. The absolute worst! You all are lucky I was forced to give you one star!

It’s impossible to get a hold of pharmacy staff on the phone. Often it’s at least 20 minutes. If you do get a person. More often than not, I get disconnected before. Actually speaking to a human being. Walgreens, you could do so much better. Definitely not the pharmacy you used to be when you staffed according to patient needs.

Unfortunately my insurance, Tricare for military members and retirees, only contracts Walgreens to fill prescriptions. So far I’ve had refills go missing inside their system, they have a hard time figuring out that a increase in dosage in my medicine is actually considered a new prescription. Even my doctors tell me how horrible Walgreens is…This is life saving medication I need and I’m going to be out of it in 7 days…They don’t care, they won’t attend my funeral. If you can switch pharmacies to Harris Teeter (my docs say Harris Teeter is more reliable.

Thank god my prescription isn’t life or death or else these people would have killed me by now. Script is never ready on time no matter when I pick it up. Shouldn’t take 2-3 separate visits and arguing with the staff to get a script filled. It’s always “sorry a glitch in the system, we will have it ready later”

The pharmacy is useless. I have tried to get a refill for over a week and they won’t refill my prescription. First it was an insurance issue (again, it’s a refill) and then they said my doctor never contacted them for a diagnosis code which was a lie. I will never use this Walgreen’s again.

Ashley in the photo area was so helpful in getting an old photo of my mom reproduced for me. This Walgreens customer service is beyond the call of customer assistance. Thank you so much Ashley for your help. She even showed me how to use my cellphone as a scanner.

Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone! I was put on hold for six minutes initially. It said there was only one caller ahead of me. Then someone finally answered and said “please hold” . Another six minutes. Then someone picked up the phone and it went again to the background music. This happened twice.

Called and waited 20 minutes for the pharmacist, only to hear them answer and immediately hang up on me. Then I call back immediately and there are 3 people ahead of me. They are out of meds all the time anyway so I’ll just take my business to Rite-Aid. I suggest you do the same

If you do shipt DONT claim an order at this Walgreens. If the customer’s order is tax exempt, they will not process the order. Whatever manager is working today did not want to do her job. She told me that in order for me to process the customers order with their tax exemption, I have to come on Monday when another manager is there! Like huh? I even tried providing the steps on how to do her job because Shipt support recommended doing that and she still said no…. Don’t come to this Walgreens if you‘re not familiar with the aisles and products because you will not be helped!

Worst pharmacy ever. The people are rude in the pharmacy. You have wait over 30 mins just to drop off the RX and only to come back 5 hours later and wait 30 mins again to be told the RX is out of stock with a rude attitude. Please don't go there. Went to Harris Teeter from much better service.
