Placed an order online and called 3 hours later to check on availability for pickup and they told me their machine was down. I wish they had the common courtesy to at least call and notify me.

The person that I just spoke to at the walgreens off shoulder hill rd in Suffolk was so rude. I will definitely not ever fill my prescriptions there.
