You may literally sit in the pharmacy drive through for 2 hours. Then you'll get out of line to try and go inside and still have to wait 45+ minutes. Absolutely pathetic.

I usually love Walgreens, and I like this location in particular; however, when trying to reach the pharmacy today, I was on hold for 17 minutes during which it rang through 3 times only to go back to the hold music. Then, a lady just came on and said: "Walgreens, can you hold please?" Then put me back on hold without waiting for me to respond.

My husband was told by the pharmacy technician his prescription from the ER would be ready in an hour. After she put his business out for others to hear. She made him wait on purpose because she felt like it. He is so patient and actually sat and waited. An hour later was asked by another technician what are you waiting on? She checked his “stuff”. They hadn’t received the prescription yet! The first one put it at the bottom of the list! (He had already called the ER once over an hour ago to make sure it had been sent over. The ER said it had.) That first pharmacy technician should not be working! Telling a patient from the ER to wait an hour just because. I am so angry!

I've never had a bad experience here. I am reading the comments and a majority of them sound like the problem is you, not the pharmacy. I have witnessed absolutely rude customers who do not know their benefits yell and degrade the staff there. Or being yelled at because their insurance doesn't use Walgreens for their participating pharmacy. It's YOUR responsibility to know those things. With all the other local pharmacies closing, the staff here is being overwhelmed by additional patients, not to mention they are right nextdoor to the local hospital. Get off your high horses and have patience. Their lines are long, patients are nasty and they still have always been respectful, patient, and nice to me. My medications may not always be on time. But it may not be just them. My doctor messed up too. Give grace to them, they're only human.

The dr called in the prescription at 12:30. I came to pick it up at 8:15 and they told me they hadn’t got to it yet and could have it ready in 45 minutes. Next time we will use CVS

I have nothing good to say about this pharmacy. You can never reach them on the phone. You just hear music, then ringing, then music again, and finally they hang up on you.Today is a Wednesday. Had a prescription sent last Friday. I used the online service to request that they fill it. I get a message saying it will be ready Monday by noon. I actually got through to them one time. (The only time) Monday afternoon. It still wasn't filled. So, a woman tells me it will be ready by 8pm. Never could get through to them again. Online site still said it wasn't filled.Drove up there this morning, and they tell me they are out of the medication and won't have it until next Monday, and I can call to make sure. ??Yeah, ok. No one answers.Why does it take almost a week and a half to fill a prescription? I wish there were more options around here for sure.

Surprisingly clean store and well stocked the staff are attentive and did very well helping me with my fed ex package I was able to grab a few necessities as well

Worst customer service ever. I was waiting in the pharmacy line for my medicine and a women working there had me waiting for a long time while she was talking and laughing with the other employees. She had my medicine in her hand the entire time while she was goofing around with her coworkers. She is very disrespectful and does not know how to treat a customer. When she finally came to give me my prescription she was extremely rude. She shouldn’t be working there if she is going to purposely be rude to someone she doesn’t even know, let alone a customer. It’s not polite to have someone wait for a long time, when she had the prescription in her hand the entire time. It’s not just me. Other customers were treated the same way, Inside the building and in the drive through and it is utterly ridiculous.

Whoever the red head red face technician is at this Walgreens needs to be fired. Completely rude, unwilling to help. What a disgusting attitude. She refuses to refill my husbands insulin prescription and even blocked both of our phone numbers. Now it just goes to voicemail when we call. Need to report to someone other than the manager!! She hung up on us 3 times on purpose!!

Last 2 prescriptions took over 24 hours to fill because of lack of communication. They don't call when there is a problem, than you spend 20 minutes trying to reach someone , than they are rude. Do NOT recommend!

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone to transfer and refill a prescription! I’ve called multiple times and they’ll pick up and put me on hold multiple times without saying anything and then hang up on you
