Terrible customer service, long waits

This is the worst unprofessional Walgreens facility. If they know their internet had not been working for days then why not send an alert to their customers letting them know if there are problems on their end vs continuing to accept prescriptions billing insurance company but they are not open to provide ppl their medications. I got there before they closed and there were other ppl waiting to get their medications. They were turned away. I asked if there were other Walgreens open and I was told yes and I shouldn't have no issues getting my medications. Guess what? All other Walgreens in Suffolk are temporary closed. I went back in just to ask a question and I get a snide nasty remarks from the Pharmacy technicians. All I wanted was to asked if they knew if there are other Walgreens Pharmacy opened 24 hours. But they way they acted, I will be withdrawing all of prescriptions from this Walgreens and go somewhere else. Also the drive thru has been closed for a while due to shortage of staff, so don't go there if you have problems walking and standing for a long period of time or have a contagious virus. And to the Pharmacy technicians with the attitudes I will see yall again and I am not going to be nice as I was this evening.

The Walgreens Pharmacy team is top notch. They are true professionals dedicated to making sure they deliver 100% customer care. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have the medication you need. But most importantly to make sure understand the use of your medication and to answer any questions you may have. I honestly feel like I’m part of their family. Thank you for everything you do. We have my daughters prescription filled here and each time, the doctor calls in the prescription, we drive to the store to pick it up only to be told they will THEN order it. So, we have to come back. The first time this happened it took three visits, another visit to the doctor because we passed the window, and then two more visits to the pharmacy. I thought I'd give Walgreens one more try but yet again, the doctor called in the prescription, I went to pick it up only to be told at first the doctors office didn't call it in, then was told they have to order it... sobwhich is it? I'd say either the computer system is terrible or employees need better training. Nevertheless, CVS here we come. Hopefully we will have a better experience there.

There was a major problem with my prescription, caused by my doctor. Kim, the pharmacy associate, with major effort and diligence, was able to solve this problem for me even, though neither she nor Walgreens, was responsible for the problem. Thank you Kim and Walgreens for being there for me, solving this complicated issue that they were not the cause of. In Christ, Dorien de Lusignan

The pharmacy section will continue extending the hold time without answering your call. It comes off of the hold music, rings multiple times, is picked up for a second and then you are put on hold again and again

Went there in the evening, Pharmacy tech Katie was amazing. She was very helpful! They appear to be a busy store but the staff works hard. Great score.

I ordered something online to pick up curbside. Well, once I got to the store, the website said to let us know ‘when you’re at the photo counter’. What? What happened to curbside?? Ok, I go in and explain that I’m picking up a package. They thought I was picking up a fedex order. No, the stuff I ordered online for curbside pickup. One of the sales associates got nasty with me.
Tired of Walgreen’s foolishness. I probably should have went across the street to CVS.
