Saturday was my first visit and use of Vortex Express Carwash. I chose the touchless option to avoid stratches on my crossover. I was so pleased with the results that I shared it with my friends! Friendly and professional staff and excellent car wash, no addtional scars to my vehicle! Thanks Vortex!

didnt like the wash.. couldnt even get bugs off the windshield and i was paying for the most expensive wash.. i wouldnt even pay $10 for it. scrubbers slam into your vehicle like youve been in a car wreck. cancelled my monthly weeks in advance and they still charged my account. manager wont even pick up the phone, they just middle man through their employee.. id give it no stars if i could

I stopped by Vortex after a visit to my Dr’s office. It was so convenient to have it right there by the medical office. They did a great job and I will be going back!

They have about 18 stalls to clean your car in and only 1 bottle of all purpose cleaner and 1 windex. You have to wait over 30 min for someone to be done with the bottle. I should not have to ask and hound someone for a bottle to clean my car with. When my wife asked the owner for another bottle he said they only have 2 bottles which makes no sense for so many stalls. Will not be returning - waste of my time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The tire wet did not show up on my back tires and they ran me back thru and it worked completely.

Vortex Express is a pretty nice place. The staff was friendly and helpful and I left with a clean vehicle. I wish there was one closer to where I live .

Originally I gave them 4 stars. I've been here twice (months apart) and paid for the top wash which includes tire shine. They don't tell you it's not working, and when ask about it, they offer a free wash same day. There is nothing wrong with the wash it's not shining the tires. Why would I want another wash?

First time using this car wash and my car was damaged. Go to Green Clean up the road instead. Never had an issue out of them.

The car wash is pretty cool, I have been trying to reach them to discuss multiple cars on an account but no one picks up the phone when I call. My trial for their promotion is expiring and I can't even get someone on the phone to discuss future business. There is also no voicemail to leave a message because it says there is not one set up. I don't have time to drive all the way to the facility to just discuss this. Now they are gonna charge me full price for the service when I have been trying to contact them to discuss future business.....very frustrating.
