Was in day after Christmas for an appointment. Store was so busy and the associate who helped us, Killiney, was outstanding! She helped about 4 customers at the same time, remaining patient and kind. Store was short staffed and she handled it with grace and professionalism.

Since when has a cell phone store become a place you have to have an appointment to even talk to someone? 3 employees in the store, not one even welcomed or said someone will be with you.

Staff was great and helped with issues that another location refused to help with. It took over 90 minutes to fix my issue but they stuck with it until it was done! Thanks a lot!

I cannot express enough the incredible customer service I received from Ken at Verizon. As the owner of Higher Purpose Learning LLC, an award-winning tutoring and career skills company in Virginia, I was extremely frustrated with an error made by Verizon Business support regarding my business line. Ken convinced me to switch to Verizon as a business customer, and it was the best decision I've ever made.When I arrived at the store, Ken immediately noticed that I was upset and took action to resolve the issue and reset my phone within minutes. His quick response not only saved me time, but also ensured that my clients could reach me without any disruption. It is evident that Ken values education, and I will continue to highly recommend him for his exceptional care, compassion, and expertise.

I went there on a weekday in the middle of the day. I waited for over an hour for help, with a number of other people in the lobby also waiting that long, only to be told that none of the sales clerks could help me find what I was looking for and that I should try looking online. In the end, I received at least as much information from the other customers waiting in line as from the sales clerks, who seem more interested in upselling than helping me find what I was looking for. It leads one to wonder whether this isn't in fact the business model.

I want to give an accommodation to your Mgr, Ken at this store. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and giving. He talks to you and make you feel that you are the most important customer in the store. He is representative of good hiring skills at Verizon. Being a former employee he brought me back to great times of working with VERIZON. It was a honor dealing with him. He truly represent what Verizon stands for.

You can't even call the store direct. They forward calls to a call center. Loads of Training is needed. They just tell you whatever. Lots of workers but no actual help. Wasn't expecting much but this was the Worst experience ever. Do not go to this location they can't help you here.

I am happy to say that I received some of the best, top tier service at the Verizon Store on Main Street in Suffolk, VA. Ken and his teammates Kayla and Luis took awesome care of me as I set up my new business phone account. They were patient, answered every one of my questions, and searched for every benefit that I was eligible for. If you have Verizon or are looking to switch providers their store is the go-to for your phone/business service needs and desires !
