Worst mail service I have ever seen! They don’t care if you get your mail or not! I have complained so many times but nothing changes. I have pictures of my mail coats I never received it. Half the time I get someone else mail!

We have not gotten our mail in almost a week and trying to get in touch with them. I have called 5 times today, during their open hours and nobody answers the phone. I also called atleast 2-3 times yesterday and no answer.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are the most inconsistent post office in the world. We needed a mailbox lock changed & they said they’d called when jt was done (never called). When we finally went in, we found out they had changed the wrong mailbox’s lock. Today we went in to get it fixed (again) and they have a sign that says they’ll be back at 10:30… it’s 3:30pm. Super unimpressed and disappointed. We are unable to get any mail. And this is not the first time we’ve had issues with this post office before.

Never use this location for any services, I found out their employees do not even check their drop boxes outside their building at all. My letter than I dropped there back in December for the holiday was still sitting there, it is now the end of May.

we do not get our mail days at a time. the sub driver just drives right by. Stopped him today and he was not going to deliver today! Can't call the postal office directly because the do not answer the phone.......experienced this and our mail carry said to my face they don't answer.

Service is miserable, workers act like you have no other option but to deal with them and their bad attitudes. The unprofessionalism and incompetence is incredible. Go to UPS.

For a business that is open not even 6 hours a day, the works always seem to find a way to work even less. Their doors don’t open on time, and then close before they should. Never have I seen two workers at the front helping manage the long lines. It’s sad what this post office has become

I am so disappointed in our postal service, I ordered a plack for my little dog who died. The postal carrier put the package right in front of my big garage door. I park in the garage. I didn’t know the package was there and backed over it. What I don’t understand is why did he/she put this package there instead of the mail box or my entrance door.? I took the broken plack to the Bennetts creek station and showed it to one of the clerks on Friday March 8th. She took my information and said a supervisor would call me. As of today I have not received a call. It is so disappointing that an employee is so lazy and uncaring that they would not take another 1 minute to place a package in a safe place. Or more importantly put in in the big box and leave me a key. I live in Linkside Cove. This is not the firs infraction that i have encountered in the past year. They shove boxes into my box where I have to cut the box to get it out. they leave me mail from other residents and other residents have brought my mail to me. What is going on? If you are having issues please speak up. We as consumers pay big money to send and receive mail and the carriers deliver it. If they don’t like their job they need to find a different job. I would like to see the USPS get to the bottom of this and train your employees. It’s become an epidemic in the service business. It’s very Sad.

When I saw my Amazon package would be delivered through USPS I knew there was trouble ahead and I was right! My package was marked delivered but hadn’t been. 3 days later the orange slip appears in my mailbox to pick up the package from the post office. There were absolutely no attempts at all to deliver these extra light in weight items. Do better USPS. What happened to your delivery “motto”.

Worst post office ever! I wish I could change but obviously not! They don't pay any attention to requests put online. They never deliver my packages, I have to go stand in line to pick them up. They returned all my hold mail because apparently they thought we moved! I dread ordering anything online and then finding out they sent it via USPS because I know it will never get delivered. Wait in line forever, terrible hours. Just nothing good to say about this post office I'm afraid and with all the building going on around we can only expect it to get worse

If you have a business or important mail do not drop your packages here ! They have lost my business packages, never scanned them which caused me to loose a lot of money and trust in my customers !! I am furious ! I had 9 packages some dropped off at different times , some that needed to be delivered in our same city and some priority shipping. They all say pre-transit for over a week. Their answer is they will turn up at some point … is that what Im supposed to tell My customers who have ordered things for Christmas? And then laughed while responding . Didn’t even attempt to look for them in the back they just shrug their shoulders. Horrible customer service and service over all !

The mail carrier for college dr area needs to be fired! They are lazy and never want to deliver your mail.. instead they put insufficient address to avoid delivering your mail!

I wanted to share a good review of this place since I see so many not great ones. I expected this place to be packed on a day a few days away from Christmas. The individual at the counter, Jason, was super helpful, kind and considerate to not only myself but the few people in front of me. Post office continues to have great prices and ships fast. The phone does not ring to the front so be aware of that. I'll easily come back here if I get to work with him again.
