Great experience every visit, which is becoming very hard to find. People who know they are being hired to be front line employees & know they will be interacting with the public are not interested in helping customers & does not seem to have the tools or won’t use the tools they were given to help customers. Started using this particular UPS in June 2021 & found the employee’s took time to help me use the copier which kept jamming. Get this “without an attitude “ , which is very rare these days. I have grandchildren that lives almost a thousand miles away at the end of 2023. I started using this place to send my family care package rather than use my local post office. UPS is faster cost to ship BUT hands down wins with getting my package delivered faster. On top of that
this tiny place put in a Amazon scanner station and you don’t have to stand in line. Six days ago a woman saw me struggling with taking out big boxes from my truck & offered to go get one of their dollies. I really, really appreciated her help and kindness. I’m a verified user & not an employee or friends of any of the employees.

Bottom line. Unreliable. Needed to ship a package overnight (about 90 miles) to arrive the following morning. It was not delivered. Customer service couldn't tell me where it was. Turned out it never made it on the truck.

Had good experiences until today. I was literally standing at the counter. One employee was out on the floor. She yelled to the back for someone to cover the front. A gentleman was behind me. The lady walked up from the back and told the guy “I can take you here, sir”. Umm Hello!!! The lady on the floor knew I was there. No other employee was up there. I just walked out. There are plenty of other UPS Stores. I always went to that one. Not any more.

The sales person lied to me. He said grounds may get there the next day, but air was guaranteed. Not only did my package not arrive, but now it says my tracking number is invalid and they Lost my Mother's Day gift for my mother which cost be 175.00 on top of the 128.00 you all charged for shipping worse experience ever and this is the second time it has happened. Will recommend FEDX in the future

My day started with great expectations. I soon found out that wasn't going to be the case. More running around than I had anticipated. Found out I needed to get a letter notarized to help my cause. No problem. Will just go to The UPS Store. Got there and found out I couldn't simply hand write a letter as I was hoping. Immediately started get frustrated but Judy from a Suffolk store, quickly informed me that I could write my letter in an email to her store and she could print it out and notarize it and she did.

Thai was amazing, she was so helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to help me locate a lost package. It meant a lot for someone to help me when I was so frustrated and tired from trying to find it myself. Thank you for being wonderful!

I always use Portsmouth Blvd location.....but was out on route 17 and hit this store for a couple returns yesterday.........one packed with label and other was to be packed by them......standing in line lady starts barking orders about a kiosk and packing up other return while waiting on a customer.....kept my mouth shut turned around and walked out the door......went to Portsmouth Blvd greated with a smile fast courtious service...dropped packages in and out in less than 5 minutes as always great service at Portsmouth Blvd.....would not recommend Suffolk store....and wont go back.George H.All-in-One Auto

My experience was amazing with Ms Tai helping me. Her personality, her beautiful smile and her attitude is the best. She didn't mind taking that extra step to help with whatever I needed. Her hospitality and service is the greatest.
