  The atmosphere is Mostly always pleasant in UPS. Although, at times there may be someone new, that IPS has hired that throws a kink in the normal pleasantness. I took away 1 points because of a new face that had a bad day, that caused their demeanor to be the way it was. Other than that UPS is a good place

  I was literally in and out in under five minutes!! The ladies and gentlemen working there are wonderful. Super friendly and engaging staff. I was greeted as soon as walked in the door with Smiling friendly faces. Wonderful environment and staff.

  Return process is simple straightforward and quick.
