I guess I should’ve taken heed with the low rating reviews. Attempted to open a business account. Brought all required documents but because my business partner couldn’t physically there, they refused. A process that most banks do/can do virtually but this bank wants both parties to be present at the same time. Weren’t opened to sending my partner’s information. Just ridiculous in this day and age. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have never had a good or even close to pleasant experience in dealing with any location. Everyone is consistently RUDE and seems as if it is a bother for them to have to deal with my banking needs! ZERO STARS!

I went in here to get a picture of my ID notorized. Pat Johnson was the lady who was suppose to assist me. She asked for 2 forms of ID as normal, I handed her my GA Driver's license, and my military ID. She looked at both and said she didnt feel comfortable notorizing the copy that the receptionist just made of the same GA ID that was in her hand. She first said she wouldn't because I didnt have a VA ID. She then said the pictures on my ID'S dont look the same. (Taken 1 yr apart) Her final reasoning behind not notorizing the paper was, "I dont have a VA driver's license, I dont bank there, and she doesnt know me" if I could put a warning sign on this place I would because that was the most ignorant thing I have ever witnessed at a bank from staff. 100% do not recommend going here for anything unless you know the staff.
