I bought $200 gift card from them about a year ago and when I spoke to them about the expiration date on the card they told me not to worry about it, it doesn’t expire. Now they won’t accept it since they are under new management but the same company. They wanna blame me for it.

Jessica took very good care of my nails. She was fast and did an exceptional job and was super gentle with my nail take off process. I think I've found me a new tech within the salon!

If you feel like it is a never ending search for an organized salon and a nail artist who can actually shape a nail perfectly and inspire you with their artistry, look no further. I was so excited today..... I kept thinking, finally! Kay was kind, focused and so dang talented. The front desk team was also very helpful and smiled easily. With all of the chaos in the world around us, it was so wonderful to take a moment, to actually enjoy the moment and to leave with beautiful nails. Thanks Kay. Keep shining bright.

I went in for a fill-in and when she finished they charged me $71! She didn’t shape my nails (but I was charged for a reshape) they charged me extra because I wanted different colors (but don’t they paint every nail anyway). I am from a time where we paid $15 for a fill-in now they want to charge for everything!! Never going back again

Went here for the first time and was able to be seen immediately! I got the pedicure and I was really impressed with everything it came with, I got the second package on their list of pedicures. Will definitely be back to this salon instead of any of the other ones in town! Thanks for a great experience!!

This is my go to salon for full set manicure, pedicures, and even lashes! I’ve used many different techs from Andy, Cindy, Karen, Tina, Johnny, and Tim. Personally my favorite is Tim. When I go to a salon I like to relax and honestly be antisocial. Tim is always very polite, friendly, and does amazing work. Prices are reasonable for all services. I recently got a basic pedicure w/ gel & full set with w/ gel cost $125. This is my go to place and I refer all family & friends to go here as well :)Services: Sculpted nails

I have used this business four times, all for their walk in pedicures. When I went last time, one of the ladies ripped something off my big toe and I didn't think much of it until the next day when I felt the beginnings of an ingrown toenail. I didn't think much of it at first (for me, they usually go away on their own) after a few more days though, my toe had grown to twice its size and I knew something was wrong. I tried treating it myself and A TON of pus came out. But it continued hurting so I decided to go back and ask the salon to fix it. My mother had gone with me and she had the same exact problem. When we went back, we asked to talk to the manager. We asked her if she could fix our toes and get the ingrown toenails out. That was all we asked for. She said that since it had been six days, all she could do now was give us twenty percent off a new pedicure. She said if we had gone in a three days time, we could've gotten it redone. We politely asked again if they could at least just get the infection out. The answer was the same. Obviously, we left after that and we saw that someone behind us was recording, waiting for it to turn into a Karen siuation. That was how bad it got.It got to the point that my mom needed to get foot surgery because the ingrown wouldn't come out. We can't do anything about the service but we can leave a bad review. We will not be using their service again.Services: Pedicure

Absolutely love Cindy! I had two nails that needed some fixing and she worked her magic! Her attention to detail was outstanding and I highly recommend her! Without adding fake nails, she sculpted my busted middle finger nail and straightened out my ring finger nail another tech at another location filed to be crooked. 10/10Services: Sculpted nails

This place is amazing. The staff are very nice. They do awesome work and the girl at the front desk is a queen. She is the most helpful most kindest person ever the prices are good. We definitely recommend this place we came in with six people walk in and they took us right away. We got fill ins, full set and pedicures! They took us in with no problem at all, and we’re very nice about it. This will definitely be me and my daughters new nail salon/spa. The photo is me and my daughters fill ins. I had an appointment at 11 AM and was early but didn't get called until 1145. That's not good. People who came after me were called back before me. First nail tech didn't really speak but Cece the tech who did my feet and brows was amazing. Very friendly and informative. I don't do things for myself like this much so was hoping for help. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful too. I didn't know what to sign up for and he helped me through the process of signing in. Now on the other hand, they did an amazing job on my nails feet and brows. Love the work. I can't stop looking at my nails.

Today was my first time visiting and I am very pleased and will be making this my new nail salon. I was greeted very warmly when I came in. The check in process is easy. Very clean and relaxed environment. I had Andy and he was very fast yet efficient. Love my nails. Also got my eyebrows done and I love them. Price was decent as well!Services: Nail painting

Nathan was great. I arrived about an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. Although everyone seemed to be rushing out of the door right at closing, he never made me feel rushed. He took his time and gave me a beautiful gel manicure.Services: Pedicure

I was a walk in, first time here. Came in wanting old acrylic off and an overlay with gel polish…Mediocre. That’s how I felt about my overall experience. If the service matched the shop it would’ve been 5 stars. Johnny broke most of the nails that I wanted overlayed. Instead of soaking they pry off the previous overlay which caused damage to most of my nails. I guess they don’t soak because of time. But yeah everyone was nice. Beautiful shop, but the guy who did my nails (Johnny) needs more training in my opinion. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 15 (now I’m 35) and I expected more from the way the shop looked. But yeah will I recommend, no.Service: Acrylic nails
