If I could give negative starts I would.Had to deliver to this facility today.Showed up 930am with 2 fricken pallets to deliver.I already paid the lumper fee and my trailer is empty.Needless to say almost 5 hours later I'm still here waiting on paperwork.Just went to check on paperwork and get told the guy that signs the bol is on linch

Customer service is great, but don't plan on delivering a second load anytime soon. Got to door at 6am still at the door at 13:00. Missed my second appointment at 11am. That's Capstone for you.

Ok I hear about the parking. But some and I say some truck drivers will mess it up for all. no one wants to clean up someone else’s mess by picking up pee bottles or poo bags or just trash. If it was your place you would stop it too. I’ve seen drivers urinate on the customer property where food is stored. That’s why some states don’t allow parking on the ramps. just look at all the trash that motorists leave behind. Do your part by keeping it clean.

Basic Reefer delivery. 2-3 hours to unload me. Been here a few times, not bad at all. Lumper fee. Unfortunately no over night parking.

Well, I give them 5 stars for parking and employee friendliness.The problem is that I've been in the door for almost 7 hours, so far. Waiting on paperwork and the lumper hasn't even given me an amount for the lumper fee.The next appointment is scheduled for now, but it's only 30 min away.

Product was refused for some unexplainable reason. Took 6 hours to unload 13 pallets only for them to place it back in my truck.The head of the lumpers union could not state or explain with confidence why the product was refused. Also, the lumpers union representative was unsure about their job description and did not state anything in my BOL on why product was refused.I can assure you that as a previous Amazon employee who unloaded trucks with (2) other individuals, by hand, could unload a whole truck, palletize, and wrap all in (1) hours time. Could have done his/her job a lot more effectively and efficiently. Bravo for hiring good enough staff.

Load of frozen shrimp is now thawed shrimp as been in door 25 for 3 hours and temp reads 45 degrees. Never trust your seafood again.

I would give this facility 5 stars instead one. I have been coming to this place for 3 years, but in the last year, they did change their unloading people, and started to take forever to unload the truck. Doesn't matter how much freight we bring in.My appointment was at 0700, I paid the lumper almost an hour ago and still waiting for my paperwork time now 13:40.In general, the lumper service making all the warehouses look bad. Which, the warehouses deserve it.

5 Pallets unloaded very fast,been 4 1/2 hours still waiting for paperwork, 7o'clock appointment it's 12pm still waiting. This place sucks.They don't even deserve 1star

I give them a zero, they get a partial load and still takes them a ridiculous amount of time to unload even with their lumper service., Pack your lunch and take a nap and hopefully you don't run out of hours...

3 hour to get unloaded. I’m them 1 hour after pay lumper fee just to get you paperwork. No respect for the driver

Appt at 8am. Checked in at 7:30 cost $300 for capstone to unload. Now it's 12:30 and still sitting here had a pick at 11:30. Don't know if that's gonna happen.

Never again will I haul anything for Sysco again. Took a day to unload and still waiting for paperwork... The Racket capstone is just as worthless lazy and slow cost me two loads for.the wait. Some people don't get paid by the hour and this place shows they do
