By far, my favorite tanning/spa EVER!!!! Love all their spas services and tanning beds. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Can't rave enough about there slim sculpt. Total game changer.

Started a membership at the princess Anne location about a month ago and I couldn’t be happier. First time coming in Celeste walked me through the whole process. She gave me a thorough tour, explaining the functions and benefits of each bed and spa experience. When it came to buying products, Celeste guided me through it all helping me to find the products that best suited me and what I wanted. Beyond that, the store is very clean and smells amazing when you first walk in. My tanning results have been amazing with the beds and the spray tans are better than any I’ve had before, especially when combined with use of their products. I recommend everyone I know to try Sundays out. It truly has something for everyone even if tanning isn’t your thing.

The employees at the General Booth location are the ABSOLUTE BEST! There is sometimes rotating faces, but regardless they are the sweetest, friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered out of the 5-6 Sundays spas I’ve visited in Hampton Roads. Anyone who works at the General Booth location needs and deserves a raise ?

We came in here to get spray tans for a wedding.. there were 6 of us girls to get spray tans and got here at 630 and they close at ten and the girls were very rude and complaining how they would have to stay late when they close at ten o'clock. Would not recommend coming here. Very rude girlies! When we were nothing but nice!

Customer service center is very rude and unprofessional. She tried to add a extra month from 2020 to my bill knowing that is incorrect because you can’t tan if your bill is past due. A whole year later you try to add extra money when I called to complain about a different issue. I’ve been using this company over 5 years purchasing sample packs almost every time, I’ve personally paid more than enough then a regular customer.The system they use is flawed. I went to update my card and pay my bill the day of draft to be charged a extra $40, refused to pay the extra 40$ because I didn’t receive the text to pay. If someone comes to pay the bill the day it’s due why are they being charged a late fee ? Almost double the amount the actual fee is? You’re willing to let a customer of over 5 consecutive years walk away because of $40? Your answer is I’ve been late over 6 times, in 5 freaking years! She even stated there might be a glitch in system when sending out text but it’s not obligated only a courtesy, so why am I held accountable that your system had a glitch? I started tanning with this company when they opened the first store in general booth Blvd over 10 years ago, I moved from va and came back with this company. I’ve supported this company from the initial start of it. You make that back in a month with all the samples I purchase to support your business more since you make more off me with samples then bottles.Whom ever answered the phone at the call center shows poor leadership, definitely not a good look to the face of your company. Only thing I will say is Jackie is a awesome leader and is definitely a asset to this greedy company.

I am a travel nurse and I have an exact end date for my contracts. When I signed up in the salon I specifically asked about the cancellation policy. I was told as long as I canceled my contract before the renewal date, I would not be charged. I went to the salon today to cancel and was told I had to give a 30 day notice and I am being forced to pay for an additional month of services I won't use. When I asked to see a copy of the written contract I was told the policy had changed regarding canceling contracts even though I never received this notice. DO NOT TRUST SUNDAYS SPA. Crooks!

I've called SEVERAL TIMES to get some answers to some questions and left multiple emails. NO ONE WILL RETURN CALLS OR ANSWER EMAILS!. Do not recommend this place or any of the other 21 locations.

On my way to cancel my membership. The staff at the locations I’ve been to (both Suffolk locations) were wonderful and knowledgeable and everything was always clean.My issue is this: I called a few months back to let them know that I needed to suspend my account since I would be out of state. No problem! Great… now I notice they’ve been continuing to take money out of my account for my membership the entire time. I called, left a message with customer care. A woman called me back and spoke to me in an accusatory tone and is checking cameras to look into it, even though I told her I had called and she had already rudely stated that they wouldn’t issue a refund or give credit.Why bother looking into it if you aren’t going to do anything about it?For being a sunny place- they sure have shady business practices.Service: Tanning
