Dropped off some frames to get glass put in them. They said it would be done most likely today. 7 days later they still haven't touched it. Now they are saying by the end of this week. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ANY WAY.

The glass was broken in my custom (older) sliding glass door. I was told they weren't able to come to my house for 6 weeks due to their schedule, but they said I could drop off the door and they would repair it in 7-10 days. A week later, they had the work completed. When I picked the door up, they charged me less than I was quoted, and told me the cost of the glass was lower than expected, so they passed on the savings to me. They also gave me a military discount.
Great customer service, fast work, great quality. We will be calling your company if we have any future glass issues. Thank you!!

After having my glass shower door installed by Suffolk glass they will not answer the phone so I have to go to the store in person. The door has moved in the hinge and does not swing. I have requested that they do an adjustment and have been told that they have a three month backup and will not even let me schedule an appointment, I live 10 minutes from the shop and no one is willing to come by and do the adjustment . I would advise finding another installer. I am so very disappointing as I have used this company for years.

STAY AWAY from this business. They are neither trustworthy or customer friendly. Would you ever take your car to a mechanic that was either, let alone both of these? I was lied to multiple times, never contacted as promised several times, they NEVER answered the phone (resulting in have to drive there to get any information), and after a week I show up and I was told that they were working on my window at that moment. I stated that I would wait after never receiving any communication. Their response - they went back and brought my window frame to me, empty, and just handed it to me. Add to that, they couldn’t even be bothered to return all of my parts resulting in another trip back and having to ask for it. I do my best to support local businesses, but this place needs to go.

When Lowe’s said “Sorry. We can’t take a new order for bottom sash alone. You got to buy a new window and get it installed. We can’t help in fixing the broken glass”, these guys gave us a solution for our broken window glass and fixed it in just three hours. And their prices are reasonable.
