There’s some insurance fraud happening here. Parts that are supposed to be replaced, like bumpers that are torn, are not being replaced but the insurance companies are paying for the parts to be replaced.

Do not go here they will adds things you did not agree on (nor asked consent for them to change) just to get more money out of you. They added a stick shift gear head that didn't need changing and didn't even bother fixing the actual problems with the car.

I wanted to leave this review for anyone that might have doubts trying a new shop like I did. The reviews here are good but there aren’t a lot which might throw some people off (especially compared to the shop I worked with before that has MANY reviews).Had to get some body work redone on my car after getting hit right where it was repaired previously. Originally got it repaired at a shop in Norfolk, covered by insurance. Went there again and they estimated over $1000 not including the extra damage they could potential find. Decided to try this place out, guy gave me an estimate of $600. I was iffy at first because I just dropped off my car with no confirmation or anything, they just wrote my name and number down. No official estimate, only his word. The other place gave me a paper quote and whatnot. However, as promised, I was charged $600 flat. The work done was great and it’s guaranteed as long as I own the vehicle (I will see if that holds true if I come across any problems). I was told a bracket holding my bumper was broken and he luckily had a spare, which I didn’t get charged extra for (I know the other place would have, they told me they would if they found extra damage). They also gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off, I live close but it was a nice courtesy and didn’t cost me anything extra either. All in all, very good service, was completed in a timely manner and the body work is just as good if not better than the shop with many more reviews and almost double the price.
