Nightmare Experience
My hope is that, as a business, this is an opportunity to utilize best practices and implement better business procedures, but also that no one will have to endure what my family has had to with Suffolk Automotive Care.
My car has been in and out of their shop 3 times in 7.5 weeks. Each time it has been returned to me, (reportedly repaired) the first time it was driven, it has left me stranded requiring a tow. They reported faulty repair parts, certain technicians on vacation, and parts still on-order as the reasons for its back-to-back breakdowns and exorbitantly extended repair timelines. They had given hope for a quick turn-a-round, but have lacked communicating updates. (This statement is an overall statement. Megan was very good in the first 3 weeks calling me with updates, however, as time went on the communication exponentially decreased). I had to continuously contact the shop when I hadn’t heard any news on the repair, only to be informed it wasn't ready for one reason or another. No effort had been given to expedite the repairs or make this top priority despite the terrible cascade of unfortunate events happening within their business. They have in no way provided even the most basic customer service amid repeated business failures.
To say this was an inconvenience for my family would be a gross understatement. Additionally, it has been an incredible financial burden and huge loss of confidence in local small business. I will not be a return customer nor will I recommend this business.

This place is a gem! From the time I initially spoke with Megan to make an appointment, she was so pleasant and very reassuring - to - David’s enthusiasm at the jump and even gave me pointers regarding my service = overall great experience! Was hesitant to get the inspection during my bday but glad that I did as they gave me a firs class service. Also have neat play area for kids! Highly recommend them for all sorts of vehicle needs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Suffolk Automotive worked on my Chevy Equinox that would not start and everybody was so nice and all the technicians were quick and professional and kept me updated the whole process I will return for any other services.

Very nice group of people. It was my first time there and I came in for my vehicle inspection half an hour early. The guy doing the inspection (I'm terrible with names sorry) saw to it anyway despite it taking out time from his lunch break. I was fine with waiting but I really appreciate it nonetheless. Everyone else was very nice and helpful too.

I’m 19 and i’ve been coming to this shop since i got my first car. customer service is exceptional and so is the quality of work. i’ve got too many stories of times i thought id need a new car and they got it back to me running amazing for a good price in comparison to other shops and dealers in the area. 10/10 recommend

Took my chevey there to fix an oil leak. Staff was friendly and communicated well with what is going on and fixed it in a timely manner.

I found a screw in my tire and immediately went to Suffolk Automotive Care because of the kindness they had showed me a few years ago. Again, they solved my problem right away, and had me rolling down the road! The friendly staff put me at ease, and dropped everything to help. I highly recommend this shop!
