Please inform employees that when you answer the phone it's not your house. "Thank you for choosing subway how can I help you". Is a perfectly good way to let the customer know who their talking to...no just hello, and silence, its creepy, it's very unprofessional and unbecoming of a business to act like that on the phone, if theres any way i can help please feel free to contact me and i would be happy to help. If the customer isn't a priority then why are you taking my money, be professional be polite be positive. I hope you understand what I'm saying. Have a nice day! Ps. When we order and pay over the phone it's also polite to say how much the bill is.

Went on 1/26/24, and the 2 guys working appear to be making fun of the customers the ENTIRE time. If you're going to turn around and whisper to each other every 10 seconds, then giggle to each other after that.. I can't see any other reason. Had to repeat ourselves at least 3 or 4 times every step of the way, and it's not that complicated!! My wife informed me that this is what it's like EVERY time she's gone in there!!

The customer service here is UNMATCHED and the vibe is real! My sub was actual smack and the restaurant was so clean!!! Oh Yeaaa try the raspberry cheesecake cookie too thank me later :-)

Just left and was flabbergasted. The kid that works the night shift had his friends there and they were screaming at the top of their lungs while I was trying to order. Another worker was cleaning the bathrooms and I could hear him screaming and cussing about how disgusting the women’s bathroom was. It was very hard to not just walk out.

I experience the worst service ever I ask for certain sub but the worker was clueless to how to make it ... they took my money for cookies and neglected to put them in my bag. This location has just became a hangout for their younger workers aSuch a disappointment and waste of money

They charge more than the menu says. Breakfast combo is $5.99. She charged $5.09 for the sandwich and $1.99 for the drink. When I pointed it out, instead of trying to make it right, she tried explaining how it was accurate, basically doubling down on the lie. Stop stealing and acting like oblivious.

The place is very clean but they never have anything! We have tried going here several times and each time they never have any cookies. We ordered online and they told us they didn't have any more of the type of cookies we wanted. Instead of us just getting our money back they just gave us random cookies.
