I’ve been coming to this same Subway for 20 years now. We are not from the area, but stop there every time we drive up to our beach house. Krystle recognized my family immediately over the phone and she, Donna, and Shane gave us the best service. Krystle herself made sure that our sandwiches were toasted right, per our online instructions and went above and beyond to make sure that we not only enjoyed our meal— but our entire experience. I cannot recommend this specific Subway more. I never eat Subway normally, but this crew is always too amazing to skip.

I went to this subway on Holland rd in suffolk the manager was nasty and rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me her name because she knew she was wrong but I will never go back to this subway again they won’t get my money!!!

Today a Coworker of mine recently ordered two melts from the subway located at 1524 Hoand Road Suffolk VA. 23434. After returning back to work we noticed that the subs were not correct with the ingredients requested and looked horrible as if they were just thrown together. Two calls were placed to the establishment where one resulted in The MANAGER 'LIZ" hanging up on my coworker because she requested cooperates phone number due to "LIZ" being RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and displayed POOR customer service. A second call was placed in which "TAMMY" assisted manager became DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE as well. PLEASE BE CAREFUL If you choose to eat at THIS subway! THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The ONLY reason they received 1 star is because the site would not let me post this unless I picked one... I would have not given them ANY stars Matter of fact, if could give them negative stars I would have.

No care and when I called Justin said there was no one else to talk to call back in th am. Sloppiest missing items subs we ever had. We are new to suffolk and they have already lost our business.

Ordered online PayPal paid them got to this location and my order was not received. Not only am I out my money they refused to give me my order after I showed them the transaction on Paypal. Worse part is the manager didn't care at all. She wouldn't give me contact info for customer service or the owner of this location. Horrible customer service and the manager had no clue how to handle the situation.

To the owner of this franchise...I'm sorry you have to put up with such an incompetent workforce! You had plenty of staff working on a Friday night but the majority were idiots! The first "sandwich Artist" had Ear buds in her ear and coworker had her phone jacking the volume up, but that s didn't stop chick one from dancing in between making my damn sandwich and yelling at chick two who was only goofing off! Most were loud and inattentive to the customers that were backing up.

When i got there they didn't have have my sandwich ready sitting on pick up stand it was by the microwave. When they did hand me the sandwich it had no cookies in it. The girl said it didnt have cookies until I showed her the receipt. I responded " oh you hand me a sandwich without reading the receipt. Upon lea ing the store I notice the sandwich was ice cold. Return back and asked Liz to please toast it or make me a newi sandwich. Liz z has no class or professionalism. She made me wait 15 mins before addressing my issue so I asked for my money back.
