This Tmobile store is in a great location, clean, and the staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Bayleigh was amazing and extraordinarily patient. She stayed on the phone with multiple technicians and successfully fixed my complicated network issue. Thank you Bayleigh, you're awesome!

I prefer this location over the others in the area despite the other reviews. Monika helped us today. She was professional, personable, and understanding. I won't go to any other tmobile location as long as she is there. Thank you Monika!!

Went in after a long day with a very complicated situation........... Brene & Bayleigh took care of me so swiftly and very much helped turn my day around. I was able to get a new number and get out of there within 15 minutes. Such lovely ladies!! Thank you!! ❤️

Worst customer service ever. No one acknowledged me for 40 minutes. When I said I wanted to upgrade, employee went into back, came back out and stated they didn't have any iPhones. Lies, another TMobil stated they were able see they had iPhones in stock

Can't believe this location isn't listed in Yelp. Went to this store to get a new phone transferred and received the most exceptional service from a young man named Denzil. He took his time and explained everything to me while my info was being transferred from one phone to the next. Couldn't believe how patient and mannerable he was with me. Hard to get good customer service these days so I just wanted to give him his KUDOS. Thanks Denzil for an easy transaction!

**This is a franchised location and I'd HIGHLY suggest all avoid it**I went physically back and forth with this store literally SEVEN times over the span of weeks.The first five trips were due to different sales staff quoting me different prices…every...single…time. They always refused to put anything in writing, even though discounts, promotions, insurance coverage, etc. can make multiple quotes hard to keep straight. One staff member even told me that they will not be able to confirm my monthly price at all and that I will not know my actual fees until they start pulling from my card. Big red flag.Another issue that added to the confusion was that the sales staff claimed that I HAD to layer multiple products—such as the Drive or Synch—to get any discounts. This turned out to be a lie and an attempt to up-sale.The fifth time I walked in ready to sign up. I was admittedly being overly patient with their clear shenanigans, but hindsight is 20/20. However, their system was down. That happens with technology, so we all laughed it off and I went back a couple days later. On my sixth trip, I was told that, if I could only wait until the next day, there would be multiple promotions that I could layer and save a significant amount each month. The employee I was speaking to even confirmed the promotional offers with the management. I was annoyed but I appreciate a chance to save money—particularly on recurring expenses—so we agreed that I’d come back the next day on my lunch hour.I ended up completely wasting that lunch hour.The biggest of the two promotions they told me I could layer had expired…on the day before…when I was already there…in store…ready to sign up. That was when I finally conceded that these people did not deserve my business.I kept giving this store chances because I assumes all T Mobile locations would be like that; however, I later stumbled across a corporate store wherein which the employees were much more professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They also shared with me some of the deceptive tactics that the franchise stores shamelessly employ, many of which I had experienced (them lying that I must purchase multiple products was the most vexing).Please, pay attention to which T Mobile stores you go to. These franchisees have earned a bad reputation amongst corporate stores. I must count myself “lucky” that they only wasted my time as opposed to my time AND my money.Find a corporate store.

We were sent in by 611 Customer Care after many failed attempts to resolve a business account matter over the phone. Keisha, the store manager took control of the matter within a matter of seconds of knowing our issue. Standing by were her employees Isiah & Leland ready to assist in anyway but especially to help my dear friend upgrade to an iphone. Store was well kept, employees were friendly & knowledgeable. Visit here to get things done & taken care of! <3

Beware do not take their word me and my girl we got two phones and they told us they were free with the plan one of them was the other one was it and went to the store to dispute it and the manager said it's too late you should have reported before 14 days but we never noticed until we got the bill which is 30 days

Beware when you get you invoice.I originally gave this location a great review for customer service. However, our invoices are not what we agreed to at this store (have terms in writing).We made four phone calls for the manager at this location, we’ve never received a call back.We had several calls with the Team in Richmond. They tried to help but we were told they cannot correct our plan, we had to talk to the store or email corporate. We emailed corporate four times and no reply. We have been dealing with this since November and continue to a be over charged.

My experience at T-Mobile today was great customer service in store. Winter and Melissa were very helpful.Now, I’ve been in the store for 4 hours due to a mistake. Then, I come to find out after transferring from Sprint billing to T-MOBILE billing that an $800 deposit would be required. My trade in valued at $800 would be of NO value. I’ve been on the phone for over 2+hrs correcting the mistake. I will not pay a deposit and NO one should when trading in.To confirm, the in store help was great. The corporation has lost my confidence and more than likely my future business. If, this happens to me how many more have had this experience? Mint Mobile is my next destination Make a wise decision before accepting fraudulent promises.

Worst cell phone store I've ever been in. Management is non-existent. Customer service was lacking. No inventory. They try to charge for activation and other fees which other stores don't. If you need a T-Mobile in the area, go to harbour view. Much better service, nicer staff, no upcharges and you'll have to go there anyway unless you want to wait for you phone.

Kareem did the thang and my phone is back in service! Haven’t used it in over a month after calling to activate the phone and sim after it was replaced. Wow…All this technology tho! Thanks Kareem.. you da best!

The worker Randy was amazing ... he could sell water to a fish literally.... I walked in there one thing to upgrade my phone and left with 3 things ... and plan to go back to get two more things .... his customer service skills was amazing.... he literally helped us with everything ... even the little things we were just speaking of ... he and his coworker ( didn’t catch her name ) were amazing .. they made me forget I was even in a phone store .... they talked to us about a little bit of everything and made us feel like he knew us personally..... good job Randy see ya soon
