This place has been a godsend for my son. He goes for speech therapy with Danielle 3 times a week. The people here are always happy to see us and genuinely curious as how things are going in general. Megan from the front desk is always very helpful and happy to to see my son every time we are there. The therapist in the wing next to the pediatric wing are always smiles when my son goes over for an unexpected visit. I can't recommend this place enough to everyone who ask where my son goes for his therapy. In over a year of going he has improved leaps and bounds from the support he has received from all the staff. A huge thank you goes to Rachel for being his occupational therapist, Whitley for being his original speech therapist and to Danielle who has been so awesome with him now and will be in the future. Belleharbour has been a second home for us and I appreciate all they for me and my son. If you need speech, occupational, or physical therapy this is the place to go.

Whitley Collier, Speech Therapist and Testor, has set a high standard for others to emulate. She went so far above and beyond to help our family. She provided clear, consise responses to all questions, helped us to navigate the new world of ASD, is so gentle and encouraging to our granddaughter and we think of her as a trusted advisor and friend. Thank you Whitley!!

Whitley and her team did an amazing job with speech and OT for my kid. They were flexible, attentive, and professional and we couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.

Upfront warning: If you're here for dry needling, you need to be prepared. I had a dry needling session to try to treat lower back and sciatica pain. The session ended with my left leg crippled and at a level 10 pain for 5+ hours until I finally medicated myself to sleep. :(So the big question: Did the dry needling work? Yes.If you use dry needling, clear your calendar for the next 24hrs and bring drugs. With all that aside....Pros of this Facility and Staff:5 Stars to Hallie and Rachel. I think they're the best there. Smart in their field and observant of their patients. Honorable mention to Carl who I had 1 session with.

I can go anywhere I choose for physical therapy. This is the first place I have had therapy that they only allow 1/2 hour for therapy, not one hour. Also, they only book 3 weeks in advance, they said it was in case they needed to schedule a day off. So ended up I was scheduled with other therapists the same day and time my therapist was with a new patient.I asked to use an arm strengthening machine which turned out to be too difficult/painful for me. On my next session I had another therapist and she told me I would not use the machine that day, but I would have to do it again. For what, I don’t have one of those at home anyway. So no thanks, I’ll drive further for therapy next time

For anyone wondering where to go for physical therapy, this is the spot. Seriously. This place is amazing!! Every part about is wonderful! From the front staff to the physical therapists all of it! They really know what they’re doing and they actually take time to listen and come up with a customized plan for each individual. They all pay attention to you and your body so everything goes smoothly. Shout out to ms Angie up front, as well as Drs Kali Meadows, Carter Jenkins and Megan Meyers…thank you guys for the fantastic job and for how helpful all of you are. I really appreciate everything. They have helped me in the past with my physical therapy which in turn boosted my outlook on things. They gave me hope which I hadn’t had for a long time. This is my second round of physical therapy and I’m actually excited because of them. For anyone wondering about appointments, it’s super easy to make one with them. They answer the phone super quick and call back if you leave a message. You can make one in person too which is nice most places now make you call instead.

They are awesome. I graduated from them over a month ago and I have reinjured myself. I hope they’re ready for me.

They have been leaving covid positive people in the lobby exposing non-infected patients to the confirmed infected.

I asked how much is the visit..the response..no payment now. This is how it really is.Visit 115 min exercise $152 PT. Eval low com complex 20 min $357Manual ExerciseTherapy $163I came for 2 visits. I was hurting so much. I was desperate. I beleived I was getting an evaluation. I never made it to the main room floor. I was billed as if I had extesive therapy... over $1200. I dont even know what they diagnosed me with. I believe patients should be informed of charges. I asked my insurance and the office. Neither was forthcoming.I am so dissatisfied. I did not benefit..they did.
